Paw Paw Township is one of seven townships in Wabash County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,691 and it contained 683 housing units.

It was built in 1874 by the Wrought Iron Bridge Company and spanned Paw Paw Creek. It was a single-span wrought iron structure with an overall length of 111 feet and width of 21 feet.

It was built in 1895, and is a three-story, five bay, rectangular, Italianate style brick building, with rear additions. It measures 42 feet wide and 32 feet deep. It is historically significant as a European style tavern / inn.
Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity House, also known as Maltese Manor, is a historic fraternity house located at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1920, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, rectangular, Tudor Revival style brick and stone building. It has a truncated hipped roof, parapeted tower, and platform porch extending across the front facade. A one-story kitchen addition was built in 1940, and a three-story addition in 1963. The building was remodeled in 1995, after a fire on the second and third floors. It has housed the Indiana Gamma Omicron chapter of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity since its construction.
Farmers Institute is a historic school building on a small campus in Shadeland, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1851, and expanded to its present two stories in 1864–1865. It is a two-story, rectangular, frame building with modest Greek Revival style design elements. It housed a school from its construction until 1874, and again from 1882 to 1889, during which it also housed a public library. Since then, it has exclusively housed the Farmers Institute Friends Church, a Quaker meetinghouse.
Indiana State Soldiers Home Historic District is a historic Soldiers Home and national historic district located in Tippecanoe Township and Wabash Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The district encompasses four contributing buildings on the campus of the former Soldiers Home. They are the Post Exchange, Commandant's House, Library Building, and the Administration Building. Funding for the home was approved by the Indiana State Legislature in 1888, and building commenced in 1890. Most of the original buildings were demolished in the 1950s. The property continued to be administered by the Indiana Department of Veterans' Affairs as the Indiana Veterans’ Home
Markle House and Mill Site is a historic home and site of Markle's Mill located in Otter Creek Township, Vigo County, Indiana. The house was built in 1848, and is a two-story, Greek Revival style painted brick dwelling with Italianate style influences. It has a one-story, front porch with Doric order columns. The Markle's Mill burned in 1938, and the remains consist of stone and concrete foundations and the associated remains of the dam. Also on the property are the contributing outhouse and carriage house.
Roann-Paw Paw Township Public Library is a historic Carnegie library building located at Roann, Wabash County, Indiana. It was built in 1916, and is a one-story, rectangular, American Craftsman style brick building over a semi-recessed basement. It has a hipped roof of clay tile and wooden eave brackets. The building feature two enclosed entries and limestone detailing. It was built in part with an $8,000 grant from the Carnegie Foundation.
4th Roann Covered Bridge is a historic Howe Truss covered bridge located in Paw Paw Township, Wabash County, Indiana. It was built in 1877 by the Smith Bridge Company of Toledo, Ohio and crosses the Eel River. It measures 288 feet long and is 15 feet, 4 inches wide. The bridge has painted board and batten siding.
Roann Historic District is a national historic district located at Roann and Paw Paw Township, Wabash County, Indiana. It encompasses 117 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 1 contributing structure in the central business district and surrounding residential sections of Roann. It developed between about 1853 and 1961, and includes representative examples of Gothic Revival, Italianate, Queen Anne, Second Empire, Colonial Revival, and Streamline Moderne style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed Roann Covered Bridge, Roann-Paw Paw Township Public Library, and Thomas J. Lewis House. Other notable buildings include the First Brethren Church (1891), Dersham House and Veterinary Clinic, Roann Christian Church (1961), Watson House, Universalist Church (1875), Roann Methodist Church (1898), Paw Paw Township School (1941), James Van Buskirk House, Halderman Building, U.S. Post Office and Medical Building (1958), Nicely Oil Service Station (1938), Comer Building (1920), and Spiece House.
Halderman–Van Buskirk Farmstead is a historic farm and national historic district located in Paw Paw Township, Wabash County, Indiana. It encompasses five contributing buildings, one contributing site, and four contributing structure on a farm established in 1860. The farmhouse was built between 1860 and 1865, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, Gothic Revival style brick dwelling on a fieldstone foundation. Other contributing resources are the milk house, carriage house, dairy barn, livestock barn, corn crib, grain bin, cistern, and grain silo (1941).
North Manchester Planing and Band Saw Mill was a historic sawmill complex located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. The sawmill was built in 1876, and was a 1+1⁄2-story brick building. It was enlarged in 1898, to house the power station of the Browne-Mills Electric Company. Associated with the mill were three brick cottages built in the late-1870s for mill employees.
Administration Building, Indiana Central University, also known as Good Hall, is a historic building located at the University of Indianapolis, Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1904, and is a 3+1⁄2-story, Classical Revival style red-brick building. It measures approximately 127 feet by 150 feet and features a colossal two-story portico supported by Ionic order columns. It has two-story flanking wings and a porte cochere.

It was developed between about 1910 and 1960, and includes representative examples of Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. Located in the district is the Watson Park Bird Sanctuary.

It features stuccoed section and decorative half-timbering, three-sided bay windows, and corner porches. The building has been converted to condominiums.
Charles Leich and Company is a historic factory building located in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a four-story, brick building. The building was originally built for the Evansville Woolen Mill, and Charles Leich and Company acquired it in 1914.
