The women's 195 + 390 + 585 + 780 metres medley relay event at the 1969 European Indoor Games was held on 8 March in Belgrade. [1] The first athlete ran one lap of the 195-metre track, the second two, the third three and the anchor four, thus 10 laps or 1950 metres in total.
The 4th European Indoor Games were held between 8-9 March 1969 in Belgrade, the capital of Yugoslavia. In 1970 the European Indoor Games were replaced by the European Athletics Indoor Championships.

Middle-distance running events are track races longer than sprints, up to 3000 metres. The standard middle distances are the 800 metres, 1500 metres and mile run, although the 3000 metres may also be classified as a middle-distance event. The 1500 m came about as a result of running 3 3⁄4 laps of a 400 m outdoor track or 7 1⁄2 laps of a 200 m indoor track, which were commonplace in continental Europe in the 20th century.
The 800 metres, or 800 meters, is a common track running event. It is the shortest common middle-distance running event. The 800 metres is run over two laps of the track and has been an Olympic event since the first games in 1896. During indoor track season the event is usually run on a 200-metre track, therefore requiring four laps.

The 3000 metres or 3000-metre run is a track running event, also commonly known as the 3K or 3K run, where 7.5 laps are completed around an outdoor 400 m track or 15 laps around a 200 m indoor track.
Cẩm Phả is a city of Quảng Ninh Province in the north-east region of Vietnam. It is an important coal exporting port of Vietnam. As of February 2012, the city had a population of 195,800. The city covers an area of 486 km². The city was promoted from Cẩm Phả District by February, 2012. Cẩm Phả was the site of one of the biggest coal mines in south of Asia which has been exploited for almost a century. The coal mine featured on a special commemorative Vietnam stamp in March 1959.
