The 1980 NASCAR Winston West Series was the 27th season of the series. The title was won by Roy Smith, his first in the series.

Schedule and results

The 1980 season included 11 individual races, although Riverside International Raceway and Ontario Motor Speedway hosted two races each. [1] Both races at Riverside and the second race at Ontario were in combination with the NASCAR Winston Cup Series. [2] [3] [4]
