The 2013 Stock Car Brasil season was the 35th Stock Car Brasil season. It began on March 3 at the Interlagos and ended on December 15 at the same circuit, after twelve rounds. Pirelli return to the championship after a five-season absence, replacing Goodyear as tyre supplier. [1]

Race calendar and results

A twelve-round calendar was announced on 5 December 2012, with Brasília host two races and Goiânia receiving the category after eleven seasons. Londrina and Rio de Janeiro that the track was to be demolished will not host a race in 2013. [24] Also was confirmed the fifth edition of Stock Car Corrida do Milhão at last round of the season.

In July, the round of Goiânia was removed from the calendar, and replaced with a second race at Cascavel. The round scheduled to be held in Brasília was moved to November. [25] All races were held in Brazil.

Stock Car Pro Series, formerly known as Stock Car Brasil, is a touring car auto racing series based in Brazil organized by Vicar. It is considered the major Brazilian and South American motorsports series. Starting in 1979 with Chevrolet as the only constructor, the series has also seen other constructors joining in and leaving such as Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Volkswagen, currently the only other besides Chevrolet is Toyota. Autódromo Brasília BRB is a racing circuit in Brasília, the capital of Brazil. It is 5.476 km (3.403 mi) in length and hosts a variety of national-level series including Stock Car Brasil, Formula Truck and Formula 3 Brasil. The track was initially opened in 1974, and hosted non-championship rounds for both Formula One and the BPR Global GT Series, and in recent years was scheduled to host both MotoGP and IndyCar, but due to costs and construction delays, neither event went ahead. Previously named Autódromo Emilio Medici and Autódromo de Brasília, the circuit's name was later changed to honor Formula 1 World Champion Nelson Piquet. Following the transfer of ownership from Terracap to Banco de Brasília (BRB), the track is currently named Autódromo Brasília BRB.

Allam Khodair is a Brazilian racing driver, currently driving in Stock Car Brasil for Blau Motorsport. His mother is Japanese Brazilian and his father is Lebanese.

The 2012 Copa Caixa Stock Car season was from the 34th Stock Car Brasil season. It began on March 25 at the Interlagos and ended on December 9 at the same circuit, after twelve rounds. Chevrolet, came to have Chevrolet Sonic as representation of the manufacturer. The category announced changes for 2012 season, excluding the super final and system of dropped. The scoring system was change with the top twenty drivers in each race are awarded points on a scale of 22, 20, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.

Andreas Mattheis is a Brazilian retired automobile racing driver.

The 2013 Fórmula Truck season was the 18th Fórmula Truck season. It begin on March 10 at Tarumã and ended on December 8 at Brasília. All ten rounds will count towards the Brazilian title, with four rounds counting towards the South American title.

The 2013 Campeonato Brasileiro de Turismo also known as Stock Car Brasil Light was the first season of the new Stock Car Brasil second tier championship replacing Copa Chevrolet Montana. The chassis, designed by JL company is similar that used in Stock Car Brasil with V8 engine.

The 2014 Circuito Nova Schin Stock Car Brasil season was the thirty-sixth season of the Stock Car Brasil.

The 2015 Circuito Schin Stock Car Brasil season was the thirty-seventh season of the Stock Car Brasil. The season began at the Goiânia in March and ended at the Interlagos in December. The 2015 Stock Car Brasil consists of four main support championships which support the championship at almost every round, along with several smaller championships supporting one or two events. Marcos Gomes was the champion of the season.

The 2016 Stock Car Brasil Championship is the thirty-eighth season of the Stock Car Brasil. The season began at Curitiba on March 6 and finished at Interlagos on December 11.

The 2017 Stock Car Brasil Championship is the thirty-ninth season of the Stock Car Brasil. The season marks the exit of Peugeot. The manufacturer entered in the series in 2007 and won the championship five times, including the last two seasons.

Crown Racing, is a Brazilian auto racing team originally based in Petropolis, Rio de Janeiro, which is now headquartered at the Autódromo Velo Città in Mogi Guaçu, São Paulo. Originally found in 2013 by William Lube and the Cimed group, Crown Racing has competed in the Stock Car Pro Series since 2013 and has won the championship two times, in 2015 with Marcos Gomes, and in 2016 with Felipe Fraga.

The team was sponsored by Red Bull from 2012 to 2016 and is currently sponsored by Brazilian fuel company Ipiranga. A.Mattheis is among the most successful Stock Car Brasil teams, winning championships in 2005, 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012.

RCM Motorsport is a Brazilian auto racing team based in Curitiba, Paraná. Currently competing in Stock Car Pro Series. The team debuted in 2009 as customer team of RC Competições. RCM Motorsport team are the most successful team on Stock Car Corrida do Milhão combination, winning 4 of the 11 events.

The 2019 Stock Car Brasil Championship was the forty-first season of the Stock Car Brasil. Daniel Serra won the 2019 season, he became three-time champion as his father Chico Serra. This was the last season with as one-make series. From 2020 Toyota Gazoo Racing will enter in the series with eight cars.

The 2020 Stock Car Brasil Championship was the forty-second season of the Stock Car Brasil. From 2020 Toyota Gazoo Racing entered in the series.

The 2023 Stock Car Pro Series is the 45th season of Stock Car Brasil. The season started at the Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna on April 2. The final race of the season will be held at Interlagos on December 17.
