The 2006 California Golden Bears football team represented the University of California, Berkeley, in the 2006 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They played their home games at California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley, California, and were coached by Jeff Tedford.
The 2008 UCLA Bruins football team represented the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the 2008 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They opened the season at home against Tennessee under new head coach Rick Neuheisel, at the Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena, California. The Bruins played six of the Top 25 teams in the 2007 final Associated Press rankings. More than half of the opponents had won nine or more games during the 2007 season.
The 2010 Oregon State Beavers football team represented Oregon State University during the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team's head coach was Mike Riley, in his eighth straight season and tenth overall. Home games were played at Reser Stadium in Corvallis and they were members of the Pacific-10 Conference. The Beavers finished the season 5–7, 4–5 in Pac-10 play.
The 2011 Washington State Cougars football team represented Washington State University in the 2011 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by fourth year head coach Paul Wulff and played their home games at Martin Stadium in Pullman, Washington. They are members of the North Division of the Pac-12 Conference. They finished the season 4–8, 2–7 in Pac-12 play to finish in last place in the North Division.
The 2011 Pac-12 Conference football season began on September 1, 2011 with Montana State at Utah and UC Davis at Arizona State. The conference's first game was played on September 10 with Utah at USC, and the final game played was the Pac-12 Championship Game on Friday, December 2. Oregon defeated UCLA to claim their third straight conference title. This is the first season for the conference as a 12-team league. In July 2011, Colorado and Utah joined the conference, at which time the league's name changed from the Pacific-10 Conference.
The 1954 UCLA Bruins football team represented the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the 1954 college football season. They played their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and were coached by Red Sanders. It was Sanders' sixth season as the UCLA head coach; the Bruins finished 9–0 overall, and were Pacific Coast Conference Champions with a 6–0 record. In nine games, UCLA outscored their opponents, 367 to 40.
The 2013 Pacific Life Pac-12 Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was played March 13–16 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The UCLA Bruins, regular season champions, were named as the No. 1 seed team. Oregon won the tournament and received an automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Tournament. Oregon defeated UCLA for the tournament championship.
The 2012 UCLA Bruins men's soccer team played the college's 77th season of organized men's college soccer. 2012 was the team's third full season in the Pac-12 Conference; it had previously played as an independent team. The team won the Pac-12 Conference championship, but fell to the University of San Diego in the NCAA Tournament.
Lesle D. Gallimore is an American soccer coach and sports administrator who is currently the commissioner of the Girls Academy League. She most recently coached the women's soccer program at the University of Washington and retired as the winningest coach in program history. Her career victories rank in the top 25 in Division I women's soccer history.
The 2014 Wake Forest Demon Deacons men's soccer team will be the college's 35th season of playing organized men's college soccer, and their 35th season playing in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Men's college basketball in the Pac-12 Conference began in 1915 with the formation of the Pacific Coast Conference (PCC). Principal members of the PCC founded the Athletic Association of Western Universities (AAWU) in 1959, and subsequently went by the names Big Five, Big Six, Pacific-8, and Pacific-10, becoming the Pac-12 in 2011. The 2002 UCLA Bruins men's soccer team represented the University of California, Los Angeles during the 2002 NCAA Division I men's soccer season. The Bruins won their fourth NCAA title this season, defeating Pac-10 rivals, Stanford, in the championship. To date, this is UCLA's most recent College Cup title. It was the 66th season the Bruins fielded a men's varsity soccer team, and their 11th season playing in the Pacific-10 Conference.
