Playoffs

The Islanders finished 8th place at the end of the regular season earning the last playoff seed. The seeding would require the Islanders to play any post-season matches on the road. Despite being considered the underdog of the playoffs, the Islanders advanced past Commissioner's Cup winners, Orlando City SC in the quarterfinals, 4th-seeded Richmond Kickers in the semifinals, ultimately losing to Sacramento Republic in the 2014 Championship final.

U.S. Open Cup

The Islanders entered the 2014 U.S. Open Cup in the second round against USL PDL club FC Sonic Lehigh Valley. Advancing through to the fourth round, the Islanders were knocked out of the tournament by their MLS affiliate Philadelphia Union in a close match where Philadelphia captain, Maurice Edu slotted an 89th-minute equalizer, bringing the match to extra time. Through extra time, Pennsylvania native, Andrew Wenger, struck twice advancing the Union with a score 3–1.

Harrisburg City Islanders, known as Penn FC in their final season, were an American professional soccer team based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States. Founded in 2003, the team most recently played in the USL Pro, the second tier of the United States soccer league system. In October 2018, the club formally announced it will not participate in the 2019 season and would have resume play in 2020 as a member of USL League One, a league in the third tier.

This list comprises all players who have participated in at least one league match for Penn FC since the team's first season in USL in 2004. Players who were on the roster but never played a first team game are not listed; players who appeared for the team in other competitions but never actually made an USL appearance are noted at the bottom of the page where appropriate.

The 2011 USL Pro season was the 25th season of third-division soccer in the United States, and was the inaugural season of the United Soccer Leagues' (USL) new professional competition. The league is effectively a combination of the USL's former First and Second Divisions.

The 2011 Richmond Kickers season was the Kickers' nineteenth season in existence and their inaugural campaign in the third-tier USL Pro League. Beforehand, the Kickers played in the USL Second Division. Overall, it was the Kickers' sixth-consecutive season playing in the third division of American soccer.

The 2012 USL Pro season was the 26th season of third-division soccer in the United States, and the second season of USL Pro. The season started with 11 teams. FC New York self-relegated to the National Premier Soccer League prior to the release of the schedule. The final weekend of the regular season was August 17–19.

The 2017 Toronto FC II season was the third season in the club's history. In 2016 the team finished 12th in the Eastern Conference and missed the playoffs.
