The 2015 FIBA U16 European Championship Division B was the 12th edition of the Division B of the European basketball championship for men's national under-16 teams. It was played from 6 to 16 August 2015 in Sofia, Bulgaria. [1] [2] Estonia men's national under-16 basketball team won the tournament.
In the first round, the teams were drawn into four groups of six. The first two teams from each group advance to the quarterfinal groups; the third and fourth teams advance to the 9th–16th place classification; the other teams will play in the 17th–24th place classification groups.

The 2015 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship was the 29th edition of the European Under-16 Basketball Championship. 16 teams participated in the competition, held in Kaunas, Lithuania in two venues, from 8 to 16 August 2015. France was the defending champions.
The 2016 FIBA U20 European Championship Division B was the 12th edition of the Division B of the FIBA U20 European Championship, the second-tier level of the European Under-20 basketball championship. The tournament was played in Chalkida, Greece, from 15 to 24 July 2016. Montenegro won gold by beating Iceland in the final, 78–76. Montenegro, Iceland, and Greece won promotion to Division A.
