The 2016 National Cup was the 24th edition of the Vietnamese Cup. It was sponsored by Kienlongbank, and known as the Kienlongbank National Cup for sponsorship purposes. This year's competition, which features 24 teams including V.League 1's 14 teams and National First Division's 10 teams, ran until September 29. [1]

Vietnamese National Football Super Cup, also called Thaco National Football Super Cup for sponsorship reasons, is Vietnamese football's annual match contested between the champion of the previous V.League 1 season and the holder of the Vietnamese National Football Cup. If one team won both the National Cup and V.League 1 titles, then the second runner-up team of the National Cup would be qualified for the Super Cup match.

2015 V.League 1

The 2015 V.League 1 season was the 32nd season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. The season began on 4 January 2015 and finished on 20 September 2015.

The 2015 National Cup is the 23rd edition of the Vietnamese Cup. It will be sponsored by Kienlongbank, and known as the Kienlongbank National Cup for sponsorship purposes. It began on the 4 April 2015 and will finish on 26 September 2015.

The 2016 V.League 1 season was the 33rd season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. The season began on 20 February 2016 and ended on 18 September 2016.

2017 V.League 1

The 2017 V.League 1 season is the 34th season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. The season began on 7 January 2017 and ended on 25 November 2017. The season was twice interrupted due to the Vietnam Football Federation's decision to stop the league for 4 weeks due to the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup, and then again for 7 weeks for the 29th SEA Games.

The 2017 National Cup was the 25th edition of the Vietnamese Cup. It was sponsored by Sứ Thiên Thanh, and known as the Sứ Thiên Thanh National Cup for sponsorship purposes. This year's competition, which features 21 teams including V.League 1's 14 teams and National First Division's 7 teams. The winner are qualified to AFC Cup.

The 2018 National Cup is the 26th edition of the Vietnamese Cup, the football knockout competition of Vietnam organized by the Vietnam Football Federation.

The 2019 Vietnamese National Cup season is the 27th edition of the Vietnamese Cup, the football knockout competition of Vietnam organized by the Vietnam Football Federation.

The 2020 V.League 1 season will be the 37th season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam.
