The 2021 Gulf 12 Hours was the tenth edition of the Gulf 12 Hours held at Bahrain International Circuit on 9 January 2021. The race was contested with GT3-spec cars and GT4-spec cars. [1] The event promoters were the Driving Force Events (DFE). The event had been relocated from Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina Circuit to Bahrain International Circuit and postponed from 2020. [2]

Ahmet Salih Yoluç is a Turkish racing driver. The 2021 Indianapolis 8 Hours was an endurance race held on 17 October 2021 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, in Indiana, United States. The event was open to cars in GT classes, namely GT3 and GT4. It was the second running of the Indianapolis 8 Hour. It was also the second leg of the 2021 Intercontinental GT Challenge and the seventh and final race of the 2021 GT World Challenge America. The GT World Challenge America results were determined by the race results after three hours instead of the full eight hours.

Benjamin William "Ben" Barker is a British professional racing driver currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship. A Porsche stalwart for over a decade, he is an Australian Formula 3 champion, a Porsche Carrera Cup GB runner-up, a four-time Bathurst 12 Hour class winner and a Dubai 24 Hour overall winner. Despite limited success in the FIA World Endurance Championship, Barker is considered one of the strongest GTE Am drivers, having broken the lap record for the category at the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The 2024 Hankook Dubai 24 Hour was the 19th running of the Dubai 24 Hour, an endurance race that took place at the Dubai Autodrome on 27 and 28 January 2024. It was the final round of the 2023–24 Middle East Trophy. Originally scheduled to 13 and 14 January, a change to the race date was announced on 27 December 2023, the Dubai 24 Hour becoming the season finale, due to shipping issues in the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait.

The 2015 Gulf 12 Hours was the 5th edition of the Gulf 12 Hours. The race was held at Yas Marina Circuit on 11 December 2015. It was contested with GT3-spec, Porsche Cup cars, and Group CN cars.
The 2024 Gulf 12 Hours was the 14th edition of the Gulf 12 Hours, and was held at Yas Marina Circuit on 13–15 December 2024. For the first time since the 12th edition of the race, it was not part of the Intercontinental GT Challenge. Therefore, the race reverted to a split format, with a break after 8 Hours, as opposed to earlier editions that had the break after 6 Hours. Also returning this year is the 992 Cup class reserved for Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars.
