He has been ranked as high as world No. 25 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he achieved in July 2023, and is the current Kazakhstani No. 1 player. Bublik also has a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 47, attained on 8 November 2021.
