The Southland Conference baseball tournament is the conference championship tournament in baseball for the Southland Conference. The winner of the tournament receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The top eight regular season finishers of the league's ten teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas. The event returned to Sugar Land as part of a two season contract after one season on campus. The six-match tournament took place at the Lady Demon Soccer Complex in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The seven-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Northwestern State Lady Demons. Northwestern State was defeated in the semifinal round by Texas A&M-Commerce Lions 2–3. Lamar Lady Cardinals won the championship by defeating the Houston Christian Huskies 1–0 in the semifinal round and Texas A&M-Commerce 4–1 in the championship final match. The Lady Cardinals qualified for the Southland Conference's autobid to the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament. The championship win was Lamar's third in the conference.
The 2023 Southland Conference women's soccer tournament, the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Southland Conference, was held from November 1 to November 5, 2023. The six-match tournament took place at the Dr. Jack Dugan Soccer & Track Stadium in Corpus Christi, Texas. The seven-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. In a tournament which included three matches that were decided by penalty kicks, Lamar, the defending champions, won its fourth overall Southland Conference tournament championship and its second consecutive tournament championship in a 3-1 match vs #3 seed, McNeese.
The 2024 McNeese Cowgirls softball team represents McNeese State University during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Cowgirls play their home games at Joe Miller Field at Cowgirl Diamond and are led by eighth-year head coach James Landreneau. They are members of the Southland Conference.
The 2024 Nicholls Colonels softball team represented Nicholls State University during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Colonels played their home games at Swanner Field at Geo Surfaces Park and were led by third-year head coach Justin Lewis. They are members of the Southland Conference. The team compiled a 31–26 overall record and a 16–8 record in conference play finishing in third place. As the third seeded team in the SLC tournament, the Colonels were 2–2 defeating seventh seeded Houston Christian 5–4 and fifth seeded Lamar 5–48. They were defeated by second seeded Southeastern Louisiana 1–4 and first seeded McNeese 3–48.

The Lady Demons played their home games at Lady Demon Diamond and were led by first year head coach Lacy Prejean. They are members of the Southland Conference. The team compiled a 19–31 overall record and a 5–18 record in conference play finishing in eighth place. They failed to qualify for the SLC tournament.
The 2024 Southeastern Louisiana Lady Lions softball team represented Southeastern Louisiana University during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Lady Lions played their home games at North Oak Park in Hammond, LA and were led by ninth-year head coach Rick Fremin. They are members of the Southland Conference. They compiled a 47–15 overall record including a 17–7 record in conference play and a regular season second place finish. The Lady Lions won the Southland Conference tournament. Their tournament championship win was the Lady Lions's first in program history. Earning the conference's auto-bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I softball tournament, the team competed in the NCAA Division I tournament's Tuscaloosa regional. The team had a 2–2 record defeating 23rd ranked Clemson twice and losing to 14th ranked Alabama twice. Their season ended with a loss to Alabama in the regional finals round.
The 2024 Texas A&M–Commerce Lions softball team represented Texas A&M University–Commerce during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season as members of the Southland Conference. The Lions played their home games at John Cain Family Softball Complex and were led by second year head coach Brittany Miller. They compiled a 9–45 overall record and a 2–22 in conference play finishing the season in ninth place. The Lions failed to qualify for the SLC tournament.
