2025 World Para Swimming Championships – Men's 400 metre freestyle

The men's 400 metre freestyle events at the 2025 World Para Swimming Championships were held at the Singapore Aquatic Centre between 21 and 27 September 2025. ^[1] Six races will be held over the distance.
