2025 World Para Swimming Championships – Men's 200 metre individual medley

The men's 200 metre individual medley events at the 2025 World Para Swimming Championships were held at the Singapore Aquatic Centre between 21 and 27 September 2025. ^[1] There are nine events over this distance, covering ten classifications.
