Vaartha is a Telugu newspaper headquartered in Hyderabad, India. Vaartha means "news" in Telugu.
Andhra Jyothi is the third largest circulated Telugu language daily newspaper of India sold mostly in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It was founded by K. L. N. Prasad, an Industrialist on 1 July 1960. It is also one of the oldest running Telugu language daily newspapers. It was taken over by Vemuri Radha Krishna, also known as R. The newspaper publishes neutral news not in support of any political organisation and is one of the most balanced and close-to-reality Telugu language daily newspapers.
Telugu theatre is Indian theatre in the Telugu language, based in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Gurajada Apparao wrote the play, Kanyasulkam in 1892, which is often considered the greatest play in the Telugu language. C. Pullaiah is cited as the father of Telugu theatre movement.
Hungama is 2005 Indian Telugu-language comedy film directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy starring Ali and Venu Madhav. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Mattupetti Machan (1998). Hungama was successful at the box office.
N. T. Rama Rao (1923–1996), commonly known by his initials NTR, was an Indian actor, screenwriter, director and producer who worked primarily in Telugu cinema. Through his over four-decade long career of almost 300 films, he was considered one of the most pivotal figures of the Telugu industry. After his debut in Mana Desam (1949) and his first lead role in Palletoori Pilla (1950), Rama Rao's performance in the fantasy film Pathala Bhairavi (1951) made him famous. His other films with Vijaya Vauhini Studios, Malliswari (1951) and Pelli Chesi Choodu (1952), were also successful, causing him to become the industry's "top star" according to Ashish Rajadhyaksha and Paul Willemen in the book Encyclopedia of Indian Cinema. He also took his first steps into film production by forming the National Art Theatre production studio in 1953.
TV5 is an Indian Telugu-language 24-hour news channel. It is launched on 2 October 2007 by Shreya Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. It is founded by B. R. Naidu of Chittoor. He is also the owner of hair product company, Nuzen Hair oil. Naidu is the chairman, and Bollineni Ravindranath is the Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of the channel. TV5 is popular for its incisive business reportage.
Sakshi is an Indian Telugu-language media group. The group owns the daily newspaper Sakshi, 24-hour news channel Sakshi TV, and associated digital ventures. Its first asset, Sakshi newspaper, was launched on 23 March 2008 by Jagati Publications Ltd. owned by Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. Sakshi TV was launched on 1 March 2009, by Indira Television Ltd., also owned by Reddy. The group is currently run under the chairmanship of Y. S. Bharathi Reddy, wife of Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Chintapalli Venkata Ramana Babu is a Telugu film writer. His screen name is Chintapalli Ramana.
Vemuri Radhakrishna, hailing from Ethonda village, Kotagiri, Nizamabad district, is the managing director of ABN Andhra Jyothi. Radhakrishna did take over Andhra Jyoti from the prior owner, K.L.N. Prasad, and launched it on 15 October 2002. He is known for his talk show, Open Heart with RK (OHRK) on ABN Andhra Jyothi.
Rakta Sambandham is a 1962 Indian Telugu-language drama film directed by V. Madhusudhana Rao and produced by Sundarlal Nahata and Doondi. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao, Kanta Rao, Savitri and Devika, with Relangi, Ramana Reddy, M. Prabhakar Reddy and Suryakantham in supporting roles. A remake of A. Bhimsingh's Tamil-language film Pasamalar (1961), it narrates the story of bonding between Rajasekhar "Raju" and his sister Radha, who lose their parents at an early age. Radha falls in love with Raju's friend Anand and they marry. The rest of the film focuses on the impact made by Anand's aunt Kanthamma on their lives post marriage.

Vani Rani is a 2013-2018 Indian Tamil-language soap opera that aired on Sun TV from 21 January 2013 to 8 December 2018 for 1743 episodes. The show starred Radikaa Sarathkumar, Venu Arvind and Babloo Prithiveeraj.
Akhil Akkineni is an American actor based in India, who works in Telugu cinema. Akhil was born in San Jose, California, and was raised in Hyderabad, India. Akhil debuted as a child artist in the children's film Sisindri (1994), for which he won a Filmfare Special Award. He is also the captain of Telugu Warriors cricket team that competes in Celebrity Cricket League.
Pusarla Venkata Ramana is a former professional volleyball player and an employee of Indian Railways in Secunderabad. He was a member of the India men's national volleyball team. In the 1986 Asian Games, he was part of the team that won a bronze medal. He was awarded the Arjuna Award in 2000 for his contribution to Indian volleyball.
Gopika Poornima is an Indian singer who mostly sings for Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada language films. She became popular with the singing competition Padutha Theeyaga. Her husband Mallikarjun is also a singer and composer in Telugu Film Industry.
Paruchuri Gopala Krishna is an Indian film screenwriter, story writer, dialogue writer, actor, director, poet, playwright, novelist, and orator predominant in Telugu cinema. Gopala Krishna is the younger of the Paruchuri Brothers, a writing duo in the film industry who have worked on more than 350 Telugu films since 1978.
Yadlapati Venkata Rao was an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. Rao served as the Minister for Agriculture, Law and Planning in the united Andhra Pradesh from 1978 to 1980. He was elected thrice to the Vemuru Assembly constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), and served as the Member of Parliament (MP) in Rajya Sabha representing Andhra Pradesh between 1998 and 2004.
