All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. The promotion is owned by Shahid Khan and his son Tony with the latter being the President and CEO. Its headquarters is at EverBank Stadium, the home of the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars, a team also owned by Shahid Khan. CBS Sports described AEW as "the first company with major financial backing to take a swing at beginning to compete with WWE on a major level in nearly two decades".
AEW Dynamite, also known as Wednesday Night Dynamite or simply Dynamite, is an American professional wrestling television program produced by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It airs every Wednesday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on TBS and, with some exceptions, episodes air live. The show was originally broadcast on TBS's sister channel, TNT, from October 2, 2019, to December 29, 2021, before moving to TBS beginning January 5, 2022. Before its time on TBS, major sporting events would cause some episodes to air at a later time or on other nights. It is considered AEW's flagship program, and is one of the company's three weekly programs, along with its second main program, Saturday Night Collision, and Friday Night Rampage, which focuses on younger wrestlers in the company. Dynamite is the first professional wrestling program to air on TBS since the final episode of WCW Thunder on March 21, 2001.
The AEW TNT Championship is a men's professional wrestling television championship created and promoted by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Established on March 30, 2020, it is named after the TNT television network, which currently airs AEW's weekly programs, Collision and Rampage, as well as the promotion's Battle of the Belts quarterly television specials. The inaugural champion was Cody Rhodes. The current champion is Christian Cage, who is in his second reign. He won the title by defeating previous champion Adam Copeland at Worlds End on December 30, 2023; Cage had lost the title to Copeland just minutes before and invoked his Patriarch member Killswitch's guaranteed title shot as his own to win back the title.
AEW Fyter Fest is an annual professional wrestling event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The event was established by the promotion in 2019 and is held during the summer; the first event was held in June but moved to July in 2020 and then August in 2023. Since 2020, Fyter Fest has been held as a multi-part television special. The name, slogan, and logo of the event are a parody of the fraudulent Fyre Festival.
AEW Fight for the Fallen is a professional wrestling event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Established in 2019, it is held annually during the summer as a charity event to raise money for different causes, which is a reference to the event's title. These events have helped raise money to support victims of different types of violence, people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and various other non-profit organizations and natural disaster relief. Since 2020, Fight for the Fallen has been held as a television special of AEW's weekly television programs. The event was originally held in July but was pushed back to August in 2023.
The 2020 Holiday Bash was the inaugural Holiday Bash professional wrestling Christmas television special produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The event took place at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida on December 17, 2020, and aired on tape delay on December 23. It was broadcast on TNT as a special episode of AEW's weekly television program, Dynamite. It aired immediately following the NBA on TNT broadcast of the Celtics vs Bucks game.
The January 2021 New Year's Smash was the inaugural New Year's Smash professional wrestling television special produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The two-part event took place on January 6 and 7, 2021, at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida and was broadcast on TNT as special episodes of AEW's weekly television program, Dynamite. Night 1 aired live on January 6, while Night 2 was taped on January 7 and aired on tape delay on January 13. The event was originally supposed to begin on December 30, 2020, and end on January 6, 2021, but was postponed by a week due to the death of AEW wrestler Brodie Lee; the December 30 episode was instead held as a memorial event for Lee.

It airs every Friday at 10 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on TNT in the United States, although major sporting events occasionally move it to an earlier or later time slot the same day or the next day as a special Saturday Night Rampage. The show premiered on August 13, 2021.

Established by the promotion in 2021, the event is held annually around New Year's as a two-part event. The original January 2021 event aired as two back-to-back special episodes of AEW's flagship program, Wednesday Night Dynamite, while the second event, which aired in December 2021, occurred during the same week, first as an episode of Dynamite, then as a special episode of Friday Night Rampage, with future events retaining this format. The Dynamite broadcast for the second event was notable for being the final Dynamite to air on TNT before the show moved to TNT's sister channel TBS; Rampage remained on TNT.

The event's title is a reference to the motto in Game of Thrones, as well as its eponymous television episode. The show is distributed by Warner Bros. Discovery, the parent company of AEW's broadcast partners, TNT and TBS. With the exception of the inaugural 2020 event, which was held at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida due to the COVID-19 pandemic that year, the event has been held annually in Texas markets since 2021. The event originally only aired as a special episode of the promotion's flagship weekly television program, Wednesday Night Dynamite, but the 2023 event expanded the show to a three-part special, also encompassing Friday Night Rampage and Saturday Night Collision.
