Alf Einar Jakobsen (born 11 January 1952 in Lenvik Municipality) is a former Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.
Jakobsen served as a deputy representative to the Storting from Finnmark from 1989 to 1993 and from 2001 to 2009. During the first two terms he met as a regular representative for a period meanwhile Oddrunn Pettersen and Karl Eirik Schjøtt-Pedersen respectively were appointed to the Cabinet. In December 2006 Karl Eirik Schjøtt-Pedersen was appointed to work at the Prime Minister's office,and Jakobsen became a regular representative for the third time.
Jakobsen held various positions on the municipal council of Hammerfest Municipality from 1975 to 1987,and then served as mayor there from 1999 to 2006. After ending his term in parliament in 2009 Jakobsen once again became mayor in Hammerfest Municipality. The Labour Party retained their majority in Hammerfest in the 2011 elections,and Jacobsen continued as mayor. He was also re-elected in the 2015 local elections. [1] [2] He didn't seek re-election at the 2019 local elections and was succeeded by his deputy,Marianne Sivertsen Næss. [3]

Annemarie Røstvik Lorentzen was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. She was the first female Norwegian Minister of Transport and Communications,in addition to being Minister of Consumer Affairs and Administration and Norwegian ambassador to Iceland. Lorentzen played a major role in the post-World War II reconstruction of Hammerfest after it was razed by the fleeing Nazi occupiers.

Karl Eirik Schjøtt-Pedersen is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He is currently the Auditor General of Norway since 2022. He was a parliamentary representative for Finnmark from 1985 to 2009. He served as Minister of Fisheries from 1996 to 1997 and Minister of Finance from 2000 to 2001 in the first cabinet Stoltenberg. Pedersen was Chief of Staff at the Office of the Prime Minister and a member of the Cabinet from 2006 to 2013. From 2015 to 2020 he was the CEO at Norwegian Oil and Gas.

From 1996 to 1997 he met regularly in the Storting replacing Karl Eirik Schjøtt-Pedersen who was Minister of Fisheries. In the Storting,he was a member of the Standing Committee on Family,Cultural Affairs and Administration from 1996 to 1997.
