The American Idols Live! Tour 2015 was a summer concert tour in the United States that featured the Top 5 finalists of the fourteenth season of American Idol . The tour began on July 7, 2015, in Clearwater, Florida and ended on August 28, 2015, in Riverside, California. Like the previous tour, the size of venues were smaller and for the first time the tour featured the Top 5 instead of the usual Top 10. After not having a live band for the 2014 tour, there was one for this tour. [1] [2] This was also the final Idol tour when the show aired on Fox as the 2016 tour was canceled. [3] The tour was revived in 2018. [4]

The Smithereens is an American rock band from Carteret, New Jersey. The group formed in 1980 with members Pat DiNizio, Jim Babjak, Mike Mesaros, and Dennis Diken. This original lineup continued until 2006, when Mesaros left the band and Severo Jornacion took over on bass guitar until Mesaros' return in 2016. After DiNizio died in 2017, the band continued performing live shows as a trio with various guest vocalists.

The tour began on July 6, 2012 in Detroit, Michigan and ended on September 21, 2012 in Quezon City, Philippines. At most venues, the stage was placed in the middle while the other half was closed off with curtains, thus making a theate-rlike environment.
"Home" is the debut single and coronation song from American Idol season 11 winner Phillip Phillips. The song was co-written by Drew Pearson and Greg Holden, and produced by Drew Pearson. Phillips first performed the song on the season's final performance night on May 22, 2012, and then again on the finale after he was declared the winner. His recording of "Home" was released as a single on May 23, 2012 and included as a track on the compilations American Idol Season Finale - Season 11 EP and Journey to the Finale released at the same time. The song was also included on his debut album, The World from the Side of the Moon, released later in November that year.

He rose to regional attention as the lead singer of pop/rock band Beach Avenue when they won the Battle of the Bands at Mohegan Sun in 2011. Letting You In is the fifth studio album recorded by American singer/songwriter Kris Allen, released through the independent label imprint DogBear Records on March 18, 2016. It is Allen's second record to be released independently after parting ways with his post-American Idol label, RCA Records, in 2012. The lead single, "Waves", was released to digital retailers on February 19, 2016 alongside pre-orders of the album.
