The cover image for the single was designed by long-time KMFDM associate Aidan "Brute!" Hughes. [1] It was initially conceived by band leader Sascha Konietzko, and is inspired by the Edvard Munch painting The Scream . [4]

None of the tracks on the Krank release are on the album, as the album features a different version of Krank, and does not feature any version of Day Of Light.
