The Aquarium Garage Development, was a proposed supertall skyscraper in Boston, Massachusetts. Aquarium Garage Development was intended to be tied as the tallest building in Boston, with Trans National Place. If built it would have surpassed the 60-story John Hancock Tower by 10 stories and about 210 feet (64 meters).

Trans National Place, also known as 115 Winthrop Square, was a proposed supertall skyscraper in Boston, Massachusetts, US. Original designs were completed by architect Renzo Piano who later left the project in March 2007. Trans National Place was intended to stand as the tallest building in Boston, Massachusetts, and New England, surpassing the 60-story John Hancock Tower by 15 stories and at least 210 feet to become the tallest building in the city. The developer was local businessman Steve Belkin, who also owns an adjoining mid-rise building, which would have been torn down as part of the project.
200 Clarendon Street, previously John Hancock Tower and colloquially known as The Hancock, is a 60-story, 790-foot (240 m) skyscraper in Boston. The tower was designed by Henry N. Cobb of the firm I. M. Pei & Partners and was completed in 1976. In 1977, the American Institute of Architects presented the firm with a National Honor Award for the building, and in 2011 conferred on it the Twenty-five Year Award. It has been the tallest building in Boston and New England since 1976.

They are known for their modular construction techniques including the Mah-LeMessurier System for precast concrete in high-rise housing, the Staggered Truss System for high-rise steel structures, and the tuned mass damper used to reduce tall building motion. One of the best known uses of the damper is the John Hancock Tower in Boston. In addition to new construction, they also work with retrofitting buildings and historic preservation.

Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami. It was originally approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2006 but was put on hold due to the Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the 868-foot (265 m) tower is stated to include residential, hotel, retail, and office space. It is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida, but may soon thereafter be overtaken by various other towers, including two of their own projects. It took over the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as tallest when it topped out in late 2017. The project is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas. While the entire site was technically addressed 1101 Brickell Avenue, the building is actually located on the back of the lot, behind two existing office buildings, at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. It is about two blocks from the Tenth Street Metromover station.

Russia Wharf is a completed high-rise building in downtown Boston, Massachusetts. The building rises 436 feet (133 m) and contains 32 floors. Construction began in 2006 and was finished in early 2011; as such, the structure is one of the most recently completed high-rises in the city. Russia Wharf now stands as the 31st-tallest building in the city. The architectural firm that designed the building is Childs Bertman Tseckares Inc., of Boston, Massachusetts. The civil engineer, also responsible for managing permitting was Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. of Watertown, Massachusetts. The mixed use project includes approximately 709,000 square feet (65,900 m2) of class-A commercial office space and 65 residential units. The site consists of approximately 2.2 acres (8,900 m2). From about 1897 to 2007, the site contained three low-rise mercantile buildings called the Russia, Graphic Arts, and Tufts Buildings. The office tower is being constructed on the site of the Graphic Arts and Tufts Buildings. As of 2009, Boston Properties has begun to refer to the building as Atlantic Wharf.
Salesforce Tower, formerly known as the Transbay Tower, is a 1,070-foot (326 m) office skyscraper in the South of Market district of downtown San Francisco. It is located at 415 Mission Street between First and Fremont Streets, next to the Transbay Transit Center site. Salesforce Tower is the centerpiece of the San Francisco Transbay redevelopment plan. The plan contains a mix of office, transportation, retail, and residential uses. Upon its completion in 2018 it became the tallest skyscraper in the San Francisco skyline, with a top roof height of 970 feet (296 m) and overall height of 1,070 feet (326 m), surpassing the 853 feet (260 m) Transamerica Pyramid. It is also the second-tallest building west of the Mississippi River after the 1,100 feet (335 m) Wilshire Grand Center in Los Angeles, though the Salesforce Tower is taller when Wilshire Grand Center's decorative spire is excluded.
4/C, also known as 701 Fourth Avenue and 4th & Columbia, is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. If built, the 1,029-foot-tall (314 m), 93-story mixed-use tower will be the tallest in Seattle, surpassing the neighboring Columbia Center. It would also be the Pacific Northwest's first supertall building, with a height of over 1,000 feet. It is being developed by Miami-based Crescent Heights and designed by LMN Architects, with a total of 1.2 million square feet (110,000 m2) in gross leasable area split between 1,200 apartments, 150 hotel rooms, office space and retail.
Winthrop Center, is a proposed skyscraper planned for Boston, Massachusetts, United States. If completed, Winthrop Center would stand as the fourth-tallest building in Boston, Massachusetts. The Winthrop Center would be built on the site of the currently defunct Winthrop Square Garage in the Financial District.
