One Federal Street is a skyscraper in the Financial District neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Completed in 1975, it is Boston's 15th-tallest building, standing 520 feet (159 m) tall, and housing 38 floors. It is very close to the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway, Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Construction of the building was completed in 1976. However, it underwent renovations between 1992 and 2011. Some of the most notable tenants include: AON Service Corporation, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Iron Mountain, Oppenheimer, and U.S. Bank.
The building boasts an area spanning 1,118,355 square feet for rent as well as a two-story parking garage underneath.
Other features of the building include: covered parking, an on-site restaurant and coffee stand, banking facilities, and outstanding views of the surrounding area and Boston Harbor. As well, the building's penthouse is home to the Harvard Club. Further, it is very accessible to all the city's major highways and public transportation. [2]
Once known as the Shawmut Bank Building, it was renamed when that bank was purchased. It is built on the site of the former First National Bank Building, the offices of which were moved to the modern First National Bank Building in 1971. Today, both One Federal Street and the FNB Building are occupied by Bank of America. This building is currently under study as a pending landmark by the Boston Landmarks Commission.

The Federal Reserve Bank Building is the sixth tallest building in Boston, Massachusetts. It is located at Dewey Square, on the convergence of Fort Point and the Financial District neighborhoods. In close proximity to the Boston Harbor, the Fort Point Channel and major intermodal South Station terminal, the building is marked by a distinctive opening near ground level which allows sea breezes to pass through.

The building was completed in 1986 and was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and contains commercial offices as well as seven stories of individually owned residential condominiums. It is one of 39 San Francisco high rises reported by the U.S. Geological Survey as potentially vulnerable to a large earthquake, due to a flawed welding technique.
650 California Street, also known as the Hartford Building, is a 34-story, 142 m office tower on the northwestern edge of San Francisco's Financial District. The tower is located on California Street on the edge of Chinatown, and not far from 555 California Street. 650 California is visible from every direction except from the southeast, where the Financial District skyscrapers block the view.
OpernTurm is a 43-storey 170 m (560 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany. The property is situated opposite Alte Oper on the corner of Bockenheimer Landstraße and Bockenheimer Anlage. The building was designed by Christoph Mäckler. The project developer was Tishman Speyer, a US firm that previously built the Sony Center in Berlin and the Messeturm in Frankfurt.

It was developed by Tishman Speyer, constructed by Turner Construction, and opened in 2023.
