In addition to a successful Senior team section, Aquinas Football Club provides junior level football to children ranging from age 5 to 18. At present it has a thriving Mini Soccer school and 34 youth teams playing across the FonaCAB, IFA Development and South Belfast Youth Football leagues, with over 600 members registered with the club. In 2019 Aquinas FC introduced a girls football programme and has since built on this to create an equally successful ladies section with over 100 member from age 8 to 17. It offers social football for its coaches to enjoy and has an over 35 team for more competitive older member participation.
The club was formed as a youth team in 1969 with a view to keeping children away from the impact of the emerging Northern Ireland Troubles, taking its name from Aquinas Hall on the Malone Road whose hockey pitch was used as the first training venue. This later became the headquarters of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.[2] The club achieved intermediate status upon promotion to Division 1C of the Amateur League in 2018, consequently qualifying the club to play in the Irish Cup.[3] In 2019, Aquinas FC gained promotion to 1B of Intermediate League

Roe Valley Football Club, based in Limavady, is a junior football club from Northern Ireland. The club has been in existence for sixty years. After many successes in the 1970s and 1980s, the club was held in high regard in footballing circles not only in the North West but also further afield, indeed it was once one of the leading lights in the Northern Ireland Intermediate League. After a period of uncertainty the club reverted to Junior status in 2011 and currently plays in the North West Junior Division One League. The club famously played Linfield F.C. in the 1983 Irish Cup. A successful Mini-Soccer Academy was set up in 2012 with the hope of building a strong club for the local community. Roe Valley FC won the North West Junior Division 2 league 2021/2022. There first trophy in over 34 years.

Carniny Amateur & Youth FC is a junior-level football club from Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The club was developed initially as a youth level club and was founded in 2000. A senior side was introduced in 2009, playing junior-level football in the junior divisions of the Ballymena & Provincial League before gaining Intermediate status in 2011, retaining their membership until 2014. During this time it competed in the Irish Cup. The club then dropped down to junior status in order to gain entry into the Northern Amateur Football League where they played in Division 2C. After a single season at this level they moved again, joining the Ballymena Saturday Morning League, gaining two successive promotions where they now play in Div 1 24/25 season.
