The club, founded in 1939, hails from Carrickfergus, County Antrim and plays its home matches at Taylors Avenue which is known as the Loughview Leisure Arena due to sponsorship reasons. Carrick Rangers main rivals are Larne, with matches between the sides being known as, "The East Antrim Derby." Ballyclare Comrades are also local rivals.

They play their home games at Haslett Park, next door to their local rivals Carrick Rangers. The current club formed in 1954 taking its name from an earlier team, Barn, which played in the Irish League from 1923–1928. They hail from Belfast and play their home matches at Breda Park, on the Upper Braniel Road located in the east of the city. The club is based in Crumlin, County Antrim, was founded in 1968 and played in the Lisburn League, Ballymena Premier League and Dunmurry League before joining the Amateur League in 1986. In 1990, intermediate status was achieved.
Dromara Village Football Club is a Northern Irish intermediate football club based in Dromara who currently play in Division 1A of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club has three senior teams playing in the Amateur League and the Newcastle and District League, and one under-17 youth team competing in the Lisburn Invitational League. The club joined the Newcastle and District League in 1976, and gained intermediate status upon entry to Division 1C of the Amateur League in 1986. The biggest achievement for the club in recent years was promotion to the Premier Division of the Amateur Premier League at the end of the 2007–08 season. In latter history one of the big highlights for the club was reaching the Steel & Sons cup final in 1996 when the Villagers were narrowly defeated in a cup final replay, having drawn the first tie against Ballymena United Reserves. They play their football at Bell's Bridge, just outside Dromara, and boosts some of the best facilities in the Amateur League, consisting of two well kept full size playing pitches, one full size training pitch, a club house and a small grandstand for spectators.
Larne Technical College Old Boys Association Football Club, commonly known as Larne Tech Old Boys, is a Northern Irish, intermediate football club based in Larne, playing in the Premier Division of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club formed on 30 May 1950 by former pupils of the Larne Technical College. Since 1971, they have played their home matches at Dennis Harvey Park on the Upper Cairncastle Road, Larne. Johnny McCullough and Ciaran Kelly are the current Joint 1st Team Managers. There is also a second team currently playing in the NAFL Division 3A.
Newcastle Football Club is a Northern Irish, intermediate football club based in Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland playing in Division 1A of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club currently has three senior teams: Newcastle FC, Newcastle Swifts and Newcastle Young Boys. Newcastle Swifts currently play in the Premier Division of the McCalls Newcastle & District league while Newcastle Young Boys play in Division 1 of the McCalls Newcastle & District league. The club has a number of youth teams playing in the National League, Lisburn Junior Invitational leagues and the Downpatrick Youth Football leagues (DYFL). The First Team is currently managed by Ruairi Doran and his assistants, Wayne Lennon, Eoghan Simons and Andy Wood.
Rathfriland Rangers Football Club is a Northern Irish intermediate football club, playing in the Premier Division of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club is based in Rathfriland, County Down, was formed in 1962 and joined the Newcastle & District League before attaining intermediate status and then joining the Amateur League in 1986. The club currently consists of four teams: the 1st XI (Rangers), 2nd XI (Reserves) 3rd XI (Colts) as well as an under-17 squad. Rathfriland Rangers currently play in The Premier Division of the Northern Ireland Amateur league, whilst the 2nd team is in the Mid-Ulster Football League Reserve Championship. The Colts are in Reserve division 2 of the Mid-Ulster Football League.
Short Brothers Football Club, often referred to simply as Shorts is a Northern Irish intermediate football club playing in Division 1C of the Northern Amateur Football League. It is connected to the Short Brothers aerospace manufacturing company in Belfast and was formed with the arrival of the company to the city in the 1930s. The club - originally known as Aircraft Works - joined the Amateur League in 1937 and is the second-oldest member club with continual membership.
Downshire Young Men Football Club is a Northern Irish intermediate football club playing in Division 1B of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club was formed c.late 1890's as Downshire F.C. and played all over N. Ireland. After 2nd WW they played in the Lisburn League until joining the Amateur League in 1974 under its present name. Intermediate status was achieved in 1985. Home matches are played at the Old Coach Road, Hillsborough. Downshire also fields a second team which plays in NAFL Division 3C. The best player known to man that's played for Downshire Young Men F.C was Alan Fraser.

The club are from Bangor, County Down and play their home matches at Ballywooley Park on the Crawfordsburn Road. The club was founded in 1974 and joined the Amateur League in 1984.
Crewe United Football Club is an intermediate-level football club playing in the Intermediate A division of the Mid-Ulster Football League in Northern Ireland. The club hails from Glenavy in County Antrim. The club was formed as Sparta in 1961 and played in the West Belfast League before joining the Northern Amateur League in 1968. In 1971, the club switched to the Lisburn League, and during its time there it change its name to Crewe United. In 1978, Crewe returned to the Amateur League, and gained intermediate status following a Junior Cup win in 1983.
Rosemount Recreation Football Club is a Northern Irish football club from Greyabbey playing in Division 1B of the Northern Amateur Football League (NAFL). The 2011/2012 season saw the club celebrating 100 years of organised football in Greyabbey. The club finished 1st in Division 2A of the NAFL for the 2016/17 season, which saw them in intermediate football for the first time. In the 2017/18 season, the 2nd team won division 3D of the amateur league, being promoted to 3C, celebrating two consecutive promotions.
