Lim Chong Eu was a Malaysian politician who served as the 2nd Chief Minister of Penang from May 1969 to October 1990 and the longest serving Chief Minister of Penang. He was also the founding president of Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (GERAKAN). He is also known as the "Architect of Modern Penang."

He is a member of the National Trust Party (AMANAH),a component party of the PH coalition and was a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS),a former component party of the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalition. He has also served as the 2nd Deputy President of AMANAH since December 2023 and State Chairman of PH of Perak since June 2021.
Afif bin Bahardin is a Malaysian politician and physician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Taman Medan since August 2023. He previously served as Member of the Penang State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administrations under Chief Ministers Lim Guan Eng and Chow Kon Yeow from May 2013 to his resignation in March 2020 as well as Member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Seberang Jaya from May 2013 to March 2023.

He is a member of the National Trust Party (AMANAH),a component party of the PH coalition and was a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS),a component party of formerly the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalition. In AMANAH,he has served as a Vice-President since September 2021 and State Chairman of Malacca since August 2017. He was also the Treasurer-General of AMANAH prior to his promotion to the party vice presidency. He is also the sole Malacca AMANAH MLA.

Teng Chang Yeow (Chinese:鄧章耀;Pe̍h-ōe-jī:Tēng Chiong-iāu;born 12 December 1964 is a former Malaysian politician who served as the Member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly for Padang Kota from 1995 to 2008. He was also the former Secretary-General of the Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia,as well as the former Barisan Nasional Penang Chief.
