The Bangladesh men's national under-21 field hockey team represents Bangladesh in men's international field hockey and is controlled by the Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF). [1] [2] [3] [4]
Bangladesh men's national under-21 field hockey team represents Bangladesh in the world hockey tournaments. The team mostly participate in Men's Hockey Junior Asia Cup and they have finished 5th place in 1992. They nations yet to qualify Hockey Junior World Cup. [5]

The Bangladesh national football team is the national recognised football team of Bangladesh and is controlled by the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). It is a member of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) since 1973 and of FIFA since 1974, even though the Bangladesh Football Federation was first founded in 1972. Bangladesh was elected as a member of the AFC Executive Committee in 1982–1986 and 1998–2002. The current Executive Committee was elected democratically, under an AFC approved constitution and direct supervision of FIFA & AFC, in October 2020.
Kazi Md. Salahuddin is a Bangladeshi former football player currently serving as the president of South Asian Football Federation and Bangladesh Football Federation. He was a member of the Shadhin Bangla Football Team, which played across India to raise awareness about the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971. He played for and captained the Bangladesh national team, retiring in 1983. Salahuddin is the first football player from the country to play abroad in the professional league in Hong Kong and is considered to be Bangladsh's first professional sports Athlete.
The Asian Hockey Federation is the governing body for the sport of field hockey in Asia. It now has 33 member associations. It is affiliated to the International Hockey Federation (FIH). The current president is Fumio Ogura and the patron is Al-Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah.
Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited Dhaka, founded in 1936 at Dhaka, is one of the oldest and one of the most popular football clubs in Bangladesh, with a support base in all parts of the country. The club currently plays in the Bangladesh Premier League.
Aminul Haque, is a former Bangladeshi professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time in Bangladesh, and has been marked as the "Greatest Goalkeeper of All Time to have represented Bangladesh". According to former coach of Bangladesh national football team George Kottan, Haque is one of the best goalkeepers he has ever seen. He is considered one of the most influential footballers of his generation in South Asia alongside Ali Ashfaq and Bhaichung Bhutia. Haque's positional sense and ability to read the game made him one of the greatest goalkeepers in South Asian football history. Shebby Singh of ESPN Star suggested that Haque deserves to play in a better league, even in England with proper training.

Motiur Rahman Munna is a retired Bangladeshi footballer who played as a central midfielder. He played for the Bangladesh national team from 1999 to 2009. Motiur spent most of his club career captaining Mohammedan SC, where he won several trophies. He also played for Brothers Union, Muktijoddha Sangsad KC and Abahani Limited Dhaka during his 14-year club career.
