Boland Pey (Persian : بلندپي‎; also known as Khātūnābād, Khātūnābād-e Boland Pey, Boland Pāyeh, and Būland Pāya)^[1] is a village in Sarjam Rural District, Ahmadabad District, Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 206, in 53 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sarjam Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Ahmadabad District, Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 32,844, in 8,402 families. The rural district has 30 villages.

Ahmadabad District is a district (bakhsh) in Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 51,267, in 13,424 families. The District has one city: Malekabad.
