Jimabad (Persian : جيم اباد‎, also Romanized as Jīmābād)^[1] is a village in Meyami Rural District, Razaviyeh District, Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,199, in 1,086 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Meyami Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Razaviyeh District, Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 44,348, in 10,174 families. The rural district has 26 villages.
