Filian-e Qaem Maqam (Persian : فيليان قائم مقام‎, also Romanized as Fīlīān-e Qā’em Maqām and Felīān-e Qa’em Maqām; also known as Felīān-e Qa’em Maqāmī and Qa’em Maqām-e ‘Olyā)^[1] is a village in Miyan Velayat Rural District, in the Central District of Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 98, in 19 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qaem Shahr County is a county in Mazandaran Province in Iran. The center of the county is Qaem Shahr. The city was previously known as Aliabad.
