Bubble Trouble is an exploration-based scrolling shooter developed by Lore Design [2] and published by Telegames for the Atari Lynx in 1993. [3] The player controls Travis, a scientist whose experiments go wrong as he becomes trapped in a bubble world.

The Atari Lynx is a 16-bit handheld game console that was released by Atari Corporation in September 1989 in North America, and in Europe and Japan in 1990. It was the world's first handheld electronic game with a color LCD. It was also notable for its advanced graphics and ambidextrous layout. The Lynx competed with the Game Boy, as well as the Game Gear and TurboExpress, both released the following year. It was discontinued in 1996.

IGN gave the game a 7/10, writing "Behind Bubble Trouble's screwball premise is a challenging game with a good dose of originality. Though some may find it a bit tough, there's enough appeal to pull most players in for 'one more try'. Complimentary graphics and sound help round out Bubble Trouble into a charming package." [3]

UltimateConsoleDatabase wrote "The shooter/exploration hybrid gameplay takes a bit of work to get into, but once you learn the controls and figure out exactly what it is you need to do it becomes surprisingly addictive. This is one of those games where each time you strive to get just a little bit farther, although lack of any replay value limits the appeal." [1]

Mainly titled Prophecy I - The Viking Child is a game created by Imagitec Design Limited on Amiga, Atari ST, Atari Lynx, Game Boy and MS-DOS in 1991. 18 months later, the game was planned to be released on the Sega Game Gear by Autumn and the Sega Master System by Winter as well as a planned released for the Commodore 64. Also there was a planned sequel titled "Viking Child 2". However all planned releases were cancelled in their early stages along with the sequel.
