Pampanga's 1st congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Pampanga. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the independent city of Angeles, the adjacent city of Mabalacat, and the municipality of Magalang. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Carmelo B. Lazatin II of the Lakas–CMD and Lingap Lugud Capangpañgan.
Laguna's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Laguna, formerly La Laguna. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district currently consists the northwestern city of San Pedro. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ann Matibag of Lakas–CMD.

The district consists of the western Pampanga municipalities of Floridablanca, Guagua, Lubao, Porac, Santa Rita and Sasmuan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of the Lakas–CMD (Lakas).
Batangas's 2nd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the southern Batangas municipalities of Bauan, Lobo, Mabini, San Luis, San Pascual and Tingloy. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerville Luistro of Lakas-CMD.
Quezon City's 5th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in Quezon City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2013. Previously included in the 2nd district, it includes the barangays bordering the northern enclave of Caloocan more popularly known as Novaliches. Primarily a residential area, it is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Patrick Michael Vargas of the Lakas–CMD (Lakas).
Laguna's 3rd congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Laguna. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the city of San Pablo and adjacent municipalities of Alaminos, Calauan, Liliw, Nagcarlan, Rizal and Victoria bordering Batangas and Quezon also facing the province of Rizal. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Loreto S. Amante of the Lakas–CMD.
Caloocan's 2nd congressional district, also known as South Caloocan district, is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Caloocan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the entire South Caloocan barangays south of Circumferential Road 4 : Barangays 5 to 76 in Zones 1 to 7 and Barangays 86 to 131 in Zones 8 to 11. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mary Mitzi Cajayon-Uy of Lakas–CMD.
Pasay's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of Pasay. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. Pasay first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following the 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1973, the city was represented in the national legislatures as part of Rizal's 1st and at-large districts and Manila's at-large district. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonino G. Calixto of the Lakas–CMD.
Zambales's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zambales. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital Iba and the rest of the municipalities north of the Subic Bay region, namely Botolan, Cabangan, Candelaria, Masinloc, Palauig, San Antonio, San Felipe, San Narciso and Santa Cruz. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Doris E. Maniquiz of the Sulong Zambales Party (SZP) and Lakas–CMD.
Bataan's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bataan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of municipalities in northeastern Bataan, namely Abucay, Hermosa, Orani and Samal. The northern municipalities of Dinalupihan and Morong were once part of the district until these were reassigned to the third district effective 2022. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Geraldine Roman of the Lakas–CMD.

Isabela's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Isabela. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the capital city of Ilagan and the northern municipalities of Cabagan, Delfin Albano, Divilacan, Maconacon, San Pablo, Santa Maria, Santo Tomas and Tumauini. The municipality of Palanan was part of this district until it was redistricted to the 2nd district, effective in 2019. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonio T. Albano of the Lakas–CMD.
Masbate's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Masbate. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of six municipalities in the Burias and Ticao islands of northern Masbate, namely: Claveria and San Pascual in Burias island and Batuan, Monreal, San Fernando and San Jacinto in Ticao island. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Richard Kho of the Lakas–CMD.
Masbate's 2nd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Masbate. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the western half of Masbate Island consisting of the provincial capital Masbate City and the municipalities of Aroroy, Baleno, Balud, Mandaon, Milagros and Mobo. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Olga "Ara" Kho of the Lakas–CMD.
Zamboanga del Norte's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zamboanga del Norte. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the northernmost portion of the province and consists of the city of Dapitan and adjacent municipalities of La Libertad, Mutia, Piñan, Polanco, Rizal, Sergio Osmeña and Sibutad.
South Cotabato's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of South Cotabato. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district covers the provincial capital city, Koronadal, and seven adjacent municipalities, namely Banga, Lake Sebu, Norala, Santo Niño, Surallah, Tantangan and T'boli. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Peter Miguel of the Lakas–CMD.
Lanao del Sur's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the province of Lanao del Sur that has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. It covers the eastern interior municipalities bordering the provinces of Bukidnon and Cotabato as well as those along the northern shores of Lake Lanao including its capital city, Marawi. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ziaur-Rahman A. Adiong of Lakas-CMD.
Siquijor's at-large congressional district is the provincewide electoral district in Siquijor, Philippines. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Siquijor had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Central Visayas for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1971 separation of Siquijor Island from Negros Oriental, was formerly represented as part of that province's 2nd district in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Siquijor has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Zaldy Villa of the Lakas–CMD.
Caloocan's 3rd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Caloocan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2022. The district consists of eleven barangays in the northeastern portion of Caloocan: Barangays 178 to 188 in Zones 15 and 16. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Dean Asistio, who ran under PDP–Laban in the 2022 general election but took his oath as member of Lakas–CMD before the opening of the said legislative term.
Bulacan's 5th congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bulacan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2022. The district consists of municipalities in central Bulacan, namely Balagtas, Bocaue, Guiguinto, and Pandi and does not have any provincial boundaries. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ambrosio Cruz Jr. of the Lakas-CMD, who is its first representative since its creation.
