Butt-Ugly Martians is an animated television series co-produced by Mike Young Productions, Digital Content Development Corporation Limited and Just Entertainment. [1] It was sold to ITV on October 2, 2000, for the original television pilot [3] and premiered on CITV in the UK on February 19, 2001. [1] It also premiered on Nickelodeon on November 9, 2001, in the United States. But also aired on Nicktoons until 2003.
The series is produced using Alias Wavefront Maya 3D software. [4]
The plot of the series begins when the Butt-Ugly Martians (B.U.M.) are forced to invade planets for the evil Emperor Bog. When they are sent to Earth, they become addicted to American culture. [5] Deciding not to hurt Earth, they simply pretend to be occupying the planet for Bog. They are shown around by their Earthling friends: Mike, Cedric, and Angela. The Butt-Ugly Martians continue to hang out on Earth as long as Emperor Bog never finds out.

There were also three video games based on the series named Butt Ugly Martians: Zoom or Doom for PlayStation 2 and GameCube, Butt-Ugly Martians: B.K.M. Battles [7] for Game Boy Advance, and Butt-Ugly Martians: Martian Boot Camp for PC. The franchise also had a toy line by Hasbro.

It also premiered on both Nickelodeon and Nicktoons (until 2003) in the United States.
As part of Universal's broad arrangement for the franchise, Universal Pictures Video obtained worldwide video rights to the series in October 2001, with the exclusion of two European countries: UK and Germany, [8] where Just Entertainment (Abbey Home Media post-2002, following Just's insolvency) and BMG each held the rights.

Beavis and Butt-Head is an American adult animated sitcom created by Mike Judge. The series follows Beavis and Butt-Head, both voiced by Judge, a pair of teenage slackers characterized by their apathy, lack of intelligence, lowbrow humor, and love for hard rock and heavy metal. Pet Alien is an animated television series created by Jeff Muncy of Pajanimals fame, with episodes written by Dan Danko and directed by Andrew Young. My Favorite Martian is a 1999 American science fiction comedy film directed by Donald Petrie, written by Sherri Stoner and Deanna Oliver The film is loosely based on the 1960s television series of the same name which starred Ray Walston, who also has a supporting role in the film. The film stars Christopher Lloyd, Jeff Daniels, Daryl Hannah, Elizabeth Hurley, Wallace Shawn, and Wayne Knight. A Mickey Mouse Works short, Pluto Gets the Paper: Spaceship, was shown in theaters with it.

Planet Sheen is an American animated television series created by Keith Alcorn and Steve Oedekerk. It is a spin-off series of the Jimmy Neutron franchise, the second sequel television series of the film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and also a sequel to the television series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. The series was picked up for 26 episodes by Nickelodeon for its only season. Jeffrey Garcia returns as the voice of Sheen, and Bob Joles and Rob Paulsen are the voices of Nesmith and Doppy. The series was originally animated by C.O.R.E. in Toronto, but animation production moved to Bardel Entertainment in Vancouver after C.O.R.E closed down. At that time, Chris Neuhahn took over as Supervising Producer. Planet Sheen premiered on Nickelodeon on October 2, 2010 in the United States, and then aired its final episode on February 15, 2013.
Aldnoah.Zero is a television and print series created by Olympus Knights and A-1 Pictures.
