Cambridgea obscura is a species of Desidae that is endemic to New Zealand. [1]
This species was described in 2000 by David Blest and Cor Vink from male and female specimens. The holotype is stored in Otago Museum. [1]
The male is recorded at 16mm in length whereas the female is 13mm. It is similar to Cambridgea arboricola . [1]
Under the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Not Threatened". [2]
