Carabat Football Club, simply known as Carabat FC, is a Malaysian football club based in Shah Alam, Selangor that competes in the A Ligue Champions League, [1] [2] which is part of the Malaysia A3 Community League, the fourth tier of the Malaysian football league system. [3] [4]
Founded in 2024 by a Malaysian actor Sharnaaz Ahmad, driving force behind the club's creation was his son Jebat Jayden whose passion for football sparked Sharnaaz’s inspiration. [5] [6] [7] The club started arranging player trials in September 2024, and launched a series of friendly matches afterwards. Sharnaaz cites Tunku Ismail Idris, owner of Johor Darul Ta'zim, as a role model. [8] [9]
