Chamaesphecia alysoniformis is a moth of the family Sesiidae. [1] [2] [3] It is found on the Balkan Peninsula, Cyprus, [2] [3] Crete, and in Turkey. [3]

The larvae feed on Mentha longifolia , Mentha spicata , and Mentha pulegium . [3]
