Chicago United Breeze is an American women's soccer team, founded in 2006. The team is a member of the Women's Premier Soccer League, the second tier of women's soccer in the United States of America and Canada. The team plays in the Midwest Conference.
The team plays its home games in the stadium on the campus of Harry D. Jacobs High School in the city of Algonquin, Illinois, 45 miles north-west of downtown Chicago. The club's colors are royal blue, white and black.

Algonquin is a village in McHenry and Kane counties, Illinois, in the United States. It is a suburb of Chicago, located approximately 40 miles (64 km) northwest of the Loop. As of the 2020 census, the village's population was 29,700.

Jacobs High School is a public high school for students in grades 9 through 12 located in Algonquin, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago, serving students from the west half of the Village of Algonquin and its surrounding areas, including Lake in the Hills, Gilberts, some of Sleepy Hollow, some of Carpentersville, and some of West Dundee. The school is located in McHenry County but also draws students from Northern Kane County.

Roald Amundsen High School is a public 4–year high school located between the Ravenswood, Andersonville and Lincoln Square neighborhoods in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Opened in 1929, Amundsen is a part of Chicago Public Schools district. The school is named for Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen (1872–1928). She previously played for and captained Chicago Red Stars. Internationally, DiBernardo was a member of the United States U-23 women's national soccer team.
The 2015 Missouri Valley Conference men's soccer season was the 25th season of men's varsity soccer in the conference. The defending regular season champion was Missouri State, and the defending postseason champion was Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE).

The Carolina Flyers, formerly the Raleigh Flyers, are a professional ultimate team from Durham, North Carolina playing in the South Division of the Ultimate Frisbee Association. The team was founded in 2015. From 2015 through 2018, the Flyers played most of their home games at Crusader Stadium on the campus of Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, with some home games at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary. In 2019, the team has played home games at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, and other venues. After the 2020 AUDL season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team moved their home games to Durham County Stadium beginning in 2021. In 2022, the team announced that it was changing its name to the Carolina Flyers. The team had won the national title once in 2021.
The 2003 W-League Season was the 9th season of the USL W-League, the second-highest division of women's soccer in the United States. The Boston Renegades were the defending champions. The Hampton Roads Piranhas were crowned champions after defeating the Chicago Cobras in the Championship game.
