Chilenchus is a genus of nematodes in the family Tylenchidae. The name comes from Chile, the country from where it originates.
The genus contains one species, Chilenchus elegans (Raski & Geraert, 1986) (syn. Lelenchus elegans Raski & Geraert, 1986). [2] the type species was collected from moist soil under thick tundra at Orange Bay, Hardy Peninsula, Hoste Island, Chile.
Coenocharopa is a genus of very small air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Charopidae, superfamily Punctoidea.
Coelinidea elegans is a wasp species in the genus Coelinidea and the family Braconidae. It is found in Europe.
Clema elegans is a species of jewel beetles in the genus Clema.
Tylenchidae is a family of nematodes. They are an important group of soil dwelling species that frequently contributes as much as 30% to the nematode species richness of soil samples. They diverged relatively early on and many species pose little risk to economically important plant species. Due to their early divergence, species tend to have relatively basal characteristics. They tend to be small and slender with small and delicate piercing mouthparts.
Cymbachus elegans is a species of handsome fungus beetles in the genus Cymbachus.
Basiria is a genus of nematodes.

Calaphidius elegans is a species of braconid wasps in the subfamily Aphidiinae. It is found in Europe, including Germany, the Czech Republic and Finland.
Cystomatochilina is an extinct genus of ostracods in the order Palaeocopida.
Cubanothyris is an extinct genus of prehistoric brachiopods in the extinct family Angustothyrididae. Species are from the Triassic of China, the Russian Federation and Tajikistan. The type species, C. elegans, is found only at River Kuna.
