It is a proprietor of marine mammal parks,oceanariums,animal theme parks,and rehabilitation centers owned by United Parks &Resorts. The parks feature orcas,sea lion,and dolphin shows and zoological displays featuring various other marine animals.
Tokyo Disneyland is a 115-acre (47 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu,Chiba Prefecture,Japan,near Tokyo. Its main gate is directly adjacent to both Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland Station. It was the first Disney park to be built outside the United States and it opened on April 15,1983. The park was constructed by WED Enterprises in the same style as Disneyland in California and Magic Kingdom in Florida. It is owned by The Oriental Land Company,which licenses intellectual property from The Walt Disney Company. Tokyo Disneyland and its companion park,Tokyo DisneySea,are the only Disney parks in the world not owned or operated by The Walt Disney Company in any capacity.

A marine mammal park is a commercial theme park or aquarium where marine mammals such as dolphins,beluga whales and sea lions are kept within water tanks and displayed to the public in special shows. A marine mammal park is more elaborate than a dolphinarium,because it also features other marine mammals and offers additional entertainment attractions. SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is a marine life theme park and animal researching,rescue &rehabilitation center that opened on May 23,2023 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi,the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is the first SeaWorld park outside of the United States and the first park without orcas. The Abu Dhabi-based company Miral Asset Management is the owner and operator of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi under a license from United Parks &Resorts.
