Christiane Ritz dos Santos (born 6 October 1981 in Santa Cruz do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul) [1] is a Brazilian middle-distance runner who competes in the 800 metres and 1500 metres events. [2] [3] She won the bronze medal at the 2003 Pan American Games. In addition, she finished fifth at the 2003 Summer Universiade.

The Coluna Prestes, also known as Coluna Miguel Costa-Prestes, in English Prestes Column, was a social rebel movement that broke out in Brazil between 1925 and 1927, with links to the Tenente revolts.
