Club One Air is an air charter company operating in India. It has bases in Delhi, Mumbai and Visakhapatnam. The airline started its operations from Delhi in August 2005, and expanded to Mumbai in March 2006. [1]

In February 2024, it was announced that Club One Air had secured a lease on a plot of land at Maharana Pratap Airport, with the intention of building a hangar for storage and maintenance of its five Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft. [2]

Monarch Airlines, simply known as Monarch, was a British charter and scheduled airline founded by Bill Hodgson and Don Peacock and financed by the Swiss Sergio Mantegazza family. The company later became a low-cost airline in 2004 before abandoning charter flying completely. The airline's headquarters were based at London–Luton, and it had operating bases at Birmingham, Leeds/Bradford, London–Gatwick and Manchester.

Jet Airways (India) Limited, trading as Jet Airways, was an Indian airline based in Delhi, with a training and developmental centre in Mumbai. Incorporated in April 1992 as a limited liability company, the airline began operations as an air taxi operator in 1993. It began full-fledged operations in 1995 with international flights added in 2004. The airline went public in 2005 and in 2007, when it acquired Air Sahara. It was the first and only privately owned Indian airline before the founding of Vistara in 2015. The airline is expected to re-commence its flight operations by the end of 2024, making it the first Indian airline to be revived after ceasing operations.

Private airlines were given permission to operate charter and non-scheduled services under the ‘Air Taxi’ Scheme. East West Airlines, head-quartered in Trivandrum was the first national level private airline in India to operate after almost 37 years.

Currently it is headquartered in Kochi, Kerala which will be shifted to Gurgaon, Haryana in coming months. Tata SIA Airlines Limited, operating as Vistara, is an Indian full-service airline, based in Gurugram, with its hub at Indira Gandhi International Airport. The carrier, a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, commenced operations on 9 January 2015 with its inaugural flight between Delhi and Mumbai. The airline had carried more than two million passengers by June 2016 and as of April 2023, has a 8.7% share of the domestic carrier market, making it the 2nd largest domestic airline, behind IndiGo. Blue Dart Aviation is a cargo airline based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It serves 7 Indian metro cities with its main base as Chennai International Airport. German courier company Deutsche Post owns a 70% stake in the airline through its subsidiary Blue Dart Express. It provides service in 220 plus countries and territories all over the world through their parent company's parcel service DHL. Blue Dart opened its dedicated cargo facility at Mumbai airport near Terminal 1 on 7 February 2019. The facility measures 4,300 m2 (46,000 sq ft) and has air-side and city-side access, allowing for faster transfer of shipments.

MHS Aviation GmbH is a German charter airline headquartered in Oberhaching, Bavaria. MHS Aviation is based at nearby Munich Airport, Special Airport Oberpfaffenhofen as well as Mannheim City Airport. The company specializes in aircraft charter, aircraft management, aircraft lease and VIP service. It currently operates a fleet of 20 charter aircraft. The majority of the fleet consists of business aircraft. In addition, six Dornier 328 aircraft are operated for Rhein-Neckar Air on a scheduled domestic service.
