Chhattisgarh Air link was a private non-scheduled airline based in Chhattisgarh, India. [2] [3] It was a subsidiary of Chhattisgarh Aviation Academy. [4] [5] It flew non-scheduled and scheduled flights operated on a charter and individual ticket basis. [1] The airline started operations in December 2012. [6] [7] [8] As of April 2019, the airline's website is defunct.

Jagdalpur Airport

Jagdalpur Airport is a regional airport located near Jagdalpur, in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) conducted a pre-feasibility study in July 2013 for development of the airport and approved of operations of aircraft under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) conditions. The airport was chosen for an upgrade under the Government's UDAN scheme and the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of a terminal building was performed in January 2017. The airfield was upgraded to 3C category in 2019, allowing the operations of ATR-72 type of aircraft. On 21 September 2020 Alliance Air started flights to Hyderabad and Raipur using ATR-72 aircraft. Currently Jagdalpur airport name changed to Maa Danteshwari Airport, Jagdalpur (Bastar) on 21 September 2020. Currently Airport Director is Shri K. K. Bhaumik.

The airport is located at Mana between Raipur and Naya Raipur 10 km (6.2 mi). It is the 28th busiest airport in India by passenger traffic and 29th busiest by aircraft movement.

Bilaspur Airport Also known as Bilasa Devi Kevat Airport is located at Chakarbhatta, ten kilometres (6.2 mi) south of Bilaspur, in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It is owned by the Airports Authority of India. In 1980s, airport was used by Vayudoot to provide flights to Bhopal and Delhi. Currently commercial scheduled flight from the airport, routes to Delhi, Jabalpur, Prayagraj are scheduled on 1 March 2021. On 27 January 2021 Bilaspur Airport got the commercial licence from Directorate General of Civil Aviation (India) for operating commercial flights. On 2 February 2021, Union Civil Aviation Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri announced that commercial flight services will be operational from Bilaspur airport to Prayagraj, Delhi, Bhopal, Jabalpur from 1 March 2021.

Vayudoot Defunct regional airline in India

Vayudoot was a regional airline in India established on 20 January 1981 as a joint-venture between the two state-owned carriers, Indian Airlines and Air India. The airline was headquartered at New Delhi's Safdarjung Airport. The airline was originally conceived to serve the Northeastern region of India. The regional hub for the Northeast Region was Calcutta (Kolkata), and the airline built up operations to close to 30 destinations in this challenging area. Many of the airfields saw the resumption civil flights and fixed-wing aircraft after a gap of many decades.

The Tatanagar–Bilaspur section is part of the Howrah–Nagpur–Mumbai line and connects Tatanagar in the Indian state of Jharkhand and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. Jharsuguda–Vizianagaram line Railway line in India

The Jharsuguda–Vizianagaram line is a railway line in eastern India. It connects Jharsuguda, on the Howrah–Nagpur–Mumbai line, and Titlagarh, which in turn is connected with Vizianagaram, on the Howrah–Chennai main line, and Raipur Junction, on the Howrah–Nagpur–Mumbai line. Ambikapur Airport

Ambikapur Airport is located at Darima, 12 km (7.5 mi) south of Ambikapur, in Chhattisgarh, India. The air strip is used mainly for small aircraft and helicopters. The airstrip was upgraded at a cost of Rs. 3 crore to category 2C to enable operations of 40-50 seater aircraft.

Darbhanga Airport

Darbhanga Airport is a domestic airport and civil enclave at the Air Force Station, located in Darbhanga, Bihar, and is owned by Indian Air Force. It is located just at the outskirts of the city near the NH-105 and NH-57 East-West Corridor Expressway which passes through Darbhanga. The airport is operated by the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The foundation stone for the project was laid by the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and then Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu in the presence of state Civil Aviation Minister Jayant Sinha on 24 December 2018. Commercial flights started on 8 November 2020.

Datia Airstrip

Datia Airstrip is a small airstrip located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. The airstrip does not have any scheduled services and is mainly used by private aircraft and air taxis. There are plans to open a flight school at the airstrip.
