IndiaOne Air commenced commercial scheduled operations soon after, with its inaugural flights linking Bhubaneswar and Jeypore in Odisha in late 2022, marking the start of its mission to improve regional connectivity under Government of India’s UDAN Regional Connectivity Scheme (UDAN RCS). [3]

As of early 2026, IndiaOne Air operates a small fleet of three Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX single-engine utility aircrafts suitable for short regional sectors. [6]

Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX is a reliable turboprop capable of carrying about 9 passengers, ideal for connecting smaller airports and airstrips with limited infrastructure. These aircraft are equipped with advanced avionics (Garmin G1000 NXi) and, uniquely for their class in India, a cockpit voice and data recorder (CVDR) for enhanced safety and operational monitoring. [1] [7]

In November 2025, IndiaOne Air announced a significant step toward expanding its fleet by signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire up to ten De Havilland Canada Twin Otter Series 300-G aircraft at the 2025 Dubai Airshow. These newer aircraft are designed for short takeoff and landing (STOL) operations and will enable the airline to serve remote and hard-to-reach airfields with limited runway lengths. [8]
