Coffs Harbour, locally nicknamed Coffs, is a coastal city on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Australia, 540 km (340 mi) north of Sydney, and 390 km (240 mi) south of Brisbane. It is one of the largest urban centres on the North Coast, with a population of 78,759 as per 2021 census. The Gumbaynggirr are the original people of the Coffs Harbour region.

It has a population of 1,891 as of 2006. The town's name supposedly derives from "Bongol Bongol/Bongil Bongil", which in Gumbaingirr, means a place where one stays a long time.
Coffs Harbour Airport is the only airport serving the City of Coffs Harbour, in the New South Wales Mid North Coast region in Australia. The airport is located 3 km (1.9 mi) south of Coffs Harbour and is one of the busiest regional airports in the state, serving flights to the east coast capital cities, as well as some regional destinations. Coffs Harbour Airport has the capacity to handle large aircraft such as the Boeing 767 or Boeing 777 but is predominately served by regional airlines using smaller aircraft.
The New South Wales XPT is a class of diesel-powered passenger trains built by Comeng and ABB. Based on the British Rail-designed High Speed Train, each XPT set comprises two XP power cars in a push-pull configuration and, between them, between four and seven passenger carriages. The first sets entered service under the State Rail Authority in 1982 and now operate under NSW TrainLink, running on long-distance regional and interstate North Coast, Main Western and Main Southern lines throughout New South Wales and interstate into Victoria and Queensland.
Raleigh is a small town in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, in Bellingen Shire. At the 2011 census, Raleigh had a population of 550. The town is south of Coffs Harbour and Sawtell and north of Nambucca Heads. It is located in Raleigh County and is perhaps named after it. It has one school, Raleigh Public School, which is located opposite a Norco dairy factory. A railway station on the North Coast line opened in 1915, but was subsequently closed and demolished.

Cairns railway station is a railway station in Cairns City, Queensland, Australia, serving the city of Cairns. The stations is the terminus of the North Coast line from Brisbane and the terminus for the Tablelands railway line to the Atherton Tableland. Two tourist railway services operate from here: the Kuranda Scenic Railway and the Savannahlander. The station has two platforms. It is integrated with the Cairns Central Shopping Centre, with the platforms being built underneath parking areas.

The property was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.
