Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC) is an advisory committee serving the Education Department promoting interaction between parents and schools by promoting the creation of parent-teacher associations (PTAs) as well as giving grants,establishing training materials and surveys,and promoting improvements of ties between families and the schools that serve their children. [1] Nora Tong of the South China Morning Post described it as a "semi-governmental" organisation. [2]
The CHSC was established in 1993. The Education Department Report No. 5,issued in 1992,recommended the creation of the CHSC. [3]
In 2002–2003,in Hong Kong,there were over 1,395 parent-teacher associations,while the number in 1992 was around 70;this outcome was promoted though the establishment of CHSC. [4]
St. Paul's College is an Anglican day school for boys in Hong Kong. It was established in 1851,the oldest continuously-operated school in Hong Kong. The college first opened in 1851 with only one tutor and nine pupils. Today,it has more than 1,200 pupils in the secondary section and nearly 600 pupils in the primary section.

The United Democrats of Hong Kong was the first political party in Hong Kong. Founded in 1990,the short-lived party was the united front of the liberal democracy forces in preparation of the 1991 first ever direct election for the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. The party won a landslide victory by sweeping 12 of the 18 directly elected seats in the election which shook the political landscape of Hong Kong. Path of Democracy is a political group and think tank established in 2015 in Hong Kong. It is led by former Civic Party legislator Ronny Tong,who joined the Executive Council on 1 July 2017. Although officially unaligned with either the pro-Beijing camp or the pro-democracy camp,the group has been supportive of the policies and legislation put forward by the former.
The Fukien Secondary School is a Direct Subsidy Scheme co-educational school in Ngau Tau Kok,Kowloon,Hong Kong. It is sponsored by the Fukien Chamber of Commerce and was founded in 1951.
Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Lo Kon Ting Memorial College is a Hong Kong secondary school. Completely funded by the Government of Hong Kong,the grammar school is one of the two secondary schools located in Long Ping Estate. Most of the school's subjects are taught in English,with few exceptions like Liberal Studies and Visual Arts. Established and governed by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals,the oldest and largest charitable organisation in Hong Kong,the school had 24 classes,as of 2019.
