Dafne Carolina Navarro Loza (born 30 January 1996) [2] is a Mexican trampoline gymnast. She is the 2018 and 2022 World synchro bronze medalist and was Mexico's first World medalist in trampoline. As an individual, she became Mexico's first Pan American Games medalist in trampoline when she won the silver medal at the 2015 Pan American Games, and she won the bronze medal at the 2019 Pan American Games. She competed at the 2020 Olympic Games, becoming the first trampoline gymnast to represent Mexico at the Olympics.
Navarro began artistic gymnastics when she was nine years old, but she switched to trampolining three years later. [3]
Navarro competed at the 2014 Pacific Rim Championships, helping the Mexican team finish fourth and placing fifth as an individual. [4] [5] She won a silver medal with the Mexican team at the 2014 Pan American Championships and finished sixth individually. [6] She then competed at the Minsk World Cup and finished nineteenth in the individual event. [7] She finished twenty-ninth in the qualification round at the 2014 World Championships. [8]
Navarro represented Mexico at the 2015 Pan American Games and won the silver medal in the individual event behind the defending Olympic champion, Rosie MacLennan. [9] This marked the first time Mexico won a Pan American Games medal in trampoline. [3] She then finished thirty-second in the qualification round at the 2015 World Championships. [10] She helped the Mexican team win the silver medal behind Canada at the 2016 Pan American Championships. [11] At the 2017 World Championships, she finished thirtieth in the individual qualification round and fourteenth with Melissa Flores in the synchro qualification round. [12]
Navarro won the gold medal in the individual event at the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games. [13] Then at the Pan American Championships, she finished fourth in the individual event and won the team bronze medal. [14] [15] She then competed at the 2018 World Championships held in Saint Petersburg, Russia. In the individual event, she finished seventh in the qualification round and qualified for the semifinals. [16] She ultimately finished sixteenth in the semifinals. [17] Navarro and Melissa Flores qualified for the synchro final in seventh place. [18] Then in the final, they won the bronze medal and Mexico's first-ever medal at the Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships. [19] [20]
Navarro finished eighteenth individually and in the synchro event at the 2019 Baku World Cup. [21] She then finished twelfth at the Minsk World Cup. [22] She won the bronze medal at the 2019 Pan American Games behind Samantha Smith and Nicole Ahsinger. [23] She finished seventh individually at the Khabarovsk World Cup. [24] She finished sixteenth in both the individual semifinal and the synchro qualification round at the 2019 World Championships. [25] [26] She earned enough points during the 2019–21 Trampoline World Cup series to qualify for the 2020 Olympic Games. [27]
Navarro finished eleventh at the 2021 Brescia World Cup. [28] She then represented Mexico at the postponed-2020 Olympics and became the first Mexican to compete in Olympic trampolining. [29] She qualified for the individual final where she finished in eighth place. [30] [31]
Navarro helped the Mexican team win the gold medal at the 2022 Pan American Championships. She also won the bronze medal in the individual event and silver in the synchro event with Michelle Mares. [32] She competed at the 2022 World Championships in Sofia. In the individual event, she finished twenty-seventh during the qualification round and was the first reserve for the semifinals. [33] She competed in the synchro event with Mariola Garcia and won the bronze medal. [34]
Alexa Citlali Moreno Medina is a Mexican artistic gymnast. She is the 2018 World bronze medalist on vault, the first Mexican female gymnast to medal at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She represented Mexico at the 2016 Summer Olympics where she was the second reserve for the all-around final and at the 2020 Olympics where she placed fourth in the vault final. She won a silver medal on vault at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games and a bronze medal on vault at the 2010 Pacific Rim Championships. She is also a five-time medalist on the FIG World Cup circuit. She is the 2011 Pan American Games and 2014 and 2018 Pan American Championships team bronze medalist and the 2010 and 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games team gold medalist.
Rebeca Rodrigues de Andrade is a Brazilian artistic gymnast. She is the 2020 Olympic, 2021 and 2023 World champion on the vault and 2022 World all-around champion. Andrade is the first Brazilian female gymnast to medal at an Olympic Games, and she is only the second Brazilian woman to win a gold medal at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She is also the 2020 Olympic silver medalist, the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships silver medalist and the 2021 Pan American champion in the all-around, and won silver on the uneven bars at the 2021 World Championships, silver on the floor exercise at the 2023 World Championships, bronze on the balance beam at the 2023 World Championships and a bronze on the floor exercise at the 2022 World Championships. Andrade is one of only 11 female gymnasts to have medalled on every event in the history of World Championships, and one of only three gymnasts to have done so in the 21st century, alongside Simone Biles and Aliya Mustafina.
The 30th Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships was held at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, from November 7–9, 2014.
Sanne Wevers is a Dutch artistic gymnast. She is the 2016 Olympic champion on the balance beam and was the first Dutch female gymnast to become an Olympic champion in an individual event. She is the 2018 and 2023 European champion on the balance beam. She is also the 2015 World and 2021 European silver medalist on the balance beam and the 2015 European bronze medalist on the uneven bars. She was a member of the Dutch team that won the bronze medal at the 2018 and 2023 European Championships.
Marcia Teresa Videaux Jiménez is a Cuban artistic gymnast. She is the 2015 Pan American Games champion and the 2018 Pan American Championships silver medalist on the vault. She is the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games team, all-around, and floor exercise champion and the vault and uneven bars silver medalist. She has won four medals, including two gold, on the FIG World Cup series. She represented Cuba at the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics.
Ana Filipa da Silva Martins is a Portuguese artistic gymnast who competed at the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games. She won a bronze medal at the 2015 Summer Universiade on the balance beam. She is the first Portuguese gymnast to win a World Cup gold medal.
Rut Castillo Galindo is a Mexican individual rhythmic gymnast. She represented Mexico at the 2020 Summer Olympics and became the first Mexican, and LGBTQ+ rhythmic gymnast to compete at an Olympic Games. She is the 2021 Pan American all-around champion. At the 2007 Pan American Games, she won the silver medal in hoop and the bronze medals in the all-around and clubs. She is an eight-time Central American and Caribbean Games champion. She has also competed at nine World Championships.
Chisato Doihata is a Japanese individual and synchronised trampoline gymnast, representing her nation at international competitions.
Nicole Ahsinger is an American individual and synchronised trampoline gymnast. She won first place at the USA Gymnastics Championships in 2017, 2019, and 2021.
Dylan Matthew Schmidt is a New Zealand trampoline gymnast. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics and finished in seventh place. He was New Zealand's first athlete to compete in trampoline at the Olympic Games. At the 2020 Summer Olympics, he won the bronze medal and became New Zealand's first Olympic medallist in any gymnastics discipline. He became the individual trampoline world champion at the 2022 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships and is New Zealand's first world champion in men's trampoline. He won the gold medal in the individual event at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics.
Evita Griskenas is an American individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2022 USA national all-around champion. She represented the United States at the 2020 Summer Olympics and finished twelfth in the qualification round for the individual all-around. She was the most decorated athlete at the 2019 Pan American Games where she won four gold medals and one bronze medal. She swept the gold medals at the 2017 Pan American Championships. She is a four-time national all-around silver medalist, and the 2015 junior national all-around champion.
Alina Muratovna Adilkhanova is a Kazakhstani rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2018 Asian Games all-around and team champion. She is also the 2018 and 2021 Asian all-around champion and is an eleven-time medalist at the Asian Championships. She represented Kazakhstan at the 2020 Summer Olympics and placed twenty-first in the qualification round for the all-around.

Madaline Davidson is a New Zealand trampoline gymnast. She competed at the 2020 Olympic Games and finished tenth in the qualification, making her the second reserve for the final. She is the first female trampolinist to represent New Zealand at the Olympics.
