Death Before Dishonor IX (DBD IX) was the 9th ROH Death Before Dishonor professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on September 17, 2011, at the Grand Ballroom of the Manhattan Center in the New York City borough of Manhattan, and it was also the first ROH event to use the new logo that was used under Sinclair Broadcast Group's management of the company until Supercard of Honor (2022).

Death Before Dishonor is a professional wrestling event, held annually by the Ring of Honor promotion. The event was initially held in 2003, and is traditionally one of ROH's biggest signature events in the calendar year. The 2010 edition of the show was ROH's third internet pay-per-view, and the third ROH show to be broadcast live. The 2011 and 2012 editions were also broadcast as internet pay-per-views. The 2020 event was scheduled for an unspecified date but was ultimately cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The show was originally supposed to emanate from the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida, but due to a surge of COVID-19 in Florida at the time, the location was changed to the 2300 Arena at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It marked the last time Death Before Dishonor had Roman numerals in its name.
