Description

Deer Park Airport opened in 1946, after approval was granted by the Town of Babylon. [1] [2] [3] [4] It was owned by Louis and Connie Mancuso and was situated on roughly 52 acres (21 ha) of land. [1] [2] [3]

The airport closed in 1974, after operating for nearly 3 decades. [1] [4] After closing, the land was sold and redeveloped. [5]
