Bruce Allen Carlson, was the 17th Director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He is a former four-star general in the United States Air Force and served as the sixth Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The command conducts research, development, test and evaluation, and provides acquisition management services and logistics support necessary to keep Air Force weapon systems ready for war. After over 37 years of service, he retired from the Air Force on January 1, 2009. Carlson served as a general authority and a member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from April 2009 to October 2015.
General Gregory Stuart Martin is a retired U.S. Air Force general and Commander, Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Martin was a command pilot with more than 4,600 flying hours in various aircraft, including the F-4, F-15, C-20 and C-21. Upon retirement in 2005, Martin took a position consulting for Northrop Grumman and also served on an Air Force panel studying stealth aircraft technology, among other Pentagon and private industry roles.
General William M. Fraser III is a retired United States Air Force officer who served as Commander, United States Transportation Command. He previously served as Commander, Air Combat Command from September 10, 2009 to September 30, 2011, the 34th Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force from 9 October 2008 to 27 August 2009, and as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from May 2006 to 8 October 2008. As the Assistant to the CJCS, Fraser oversaw matters requiring close personal control by the Chairman, with particular focus on international relations and politico-military concerns. As commander of United States Transportation Command, Fraser was in charge of managing all global air, land and sea transportation. He retired on May 5, 2014.
John L. "Jack" Hudson is a retired lieutenant general in the U.S. Air Force. He was Commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio (WPAFB). Hudson also served as a member of the Senior Executive Service as the Director of the National Museum of the United States Air Force at WPAFB from 2009 to 2018.
Steven Lloyd Kwast is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant general. He last served as commander of Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. In that role, he was responsible for the recruiting, training and education of Air Force personnel. The command includes Air Force Recruiting Service, two numbered air forces and Air University. The command operates more than 1,400 trainer, fighter and mobility aircraft, 23 wings, 10 bases and five geographically separated groups. It trains more than 293,000 students per year with approximately 60,000 active-duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel.

He was succeeded by Mark D. Kelly and retired effective 1 October 2020.
Tod Daniel Wolters is a retired United States Air Force four-star general who last served as the commander of U.S. European Command and concurrently as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR). Maryanne Miller is a retired United States Air Force general and a pilot who last served as the commander of Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base from September 7, 2018 to August 20, 2020. She previously served as the Chief of Air Force Reserve and the commander of Air Force Reserve Command from July 2016 to September 2018. Miller is the first Air Force Reserve officer to achieve the rank of general. She was also the first woman to serve as the Chief of Air Force Reserve. She retired from the Air Force on October 1, 2020 after over 39 years of service.

He is also the United States representative to the joint committee for the Status of Forces agreement between the two countries.
Lance Keith Landrum is an active duty United States Air Force lieutenant general who serves as the 23rd Deputy Chair of the NATO Military Committee since October 11, 2021. He most recently served as a special assistant to the commander of the United States European Command and prior to that served as the Director of Operations (J3) for United States European Command from July 2020 to July 2021.
Jeffrey A. Remington is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant general who last served as deputy commander of United Nations Command Korea; deputy commander of U.S. Forces Korea; commander of Air Component Command, Republic of Korea/U.S. Combined Forces Command; and commander of 7th Air Force, from November 2008 to March 2012. During that assignment, he also served as the U.S. representative to the joint committee for the Status of Forces agreement between the two countries.
