Zelotes Lee Holmes, a Presbyterian minister and teacher, it is thought to be the first concrete house erected in South Carolina. It was called the Zelotes Holmes House by the Historic American Buildings Survey.

It was named to the National Register of Historic Places on August 19, 1971. It is one of the few 18th-century churches surviving in the South Carolina midlands.

Stoney Creek Independent Presbyterian Chapel of Prince William Parish or Stoney Creek Presbyterian Chapel is a chapel in southeastern Hampton County, South Carolina, United States in the unincorporated community of McPhersonville, South Carolina about 4 mi (6 km) west of Yemassee. In the USGS Geographic Names Information System, it is called McPhersonville Church. It was built about 1833. It is one block north of Pocotaglio Road on State Highway 25-286. The chapel is only antebellum structure in McPhersonville. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places on May 22, 2002.
Kingston Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church located at Conway in Horry County, South Carolina. The sanctuary was built in 1858 and is an outstanding example of antebellum Greek Revival ecclesiastical design. The three-bay façade features a portico set on square columns with recessed panels and square pilasters. It was originally sheathed with weatherboard, but was covered in stucco in 1930 when a stuccoed brick addition was added to the rear. Also on the property is a Colonial Revival style brick educational building built in 1956. It is co-located with the Kingston Presbyterian Church Cemetery, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
Ebenezer Academy, Bethany Presbyterian Church and Cemetery is a historic school building, Presbyterian church, and cemetery located six miles north of Statesville, Iredell County, North Carolina. The log building was constructed in 1823 and housed Ebenezer Academy. The church building was built about 1855, and is a one-story, three bay by five bay, vernacular Greek Revival style frame building with a low gable roof. Also on the property is the contributing church cemetery with burials dating to about 1785.

Mount Olivet Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church located near Winnsboro, Fairfield County, South Carolina. It was built in 1869, and is a one-story, rectangular, front-gabled stuccoed brick building. The stucco is scored to resemble cut stone and the church sits on a granite foundation. The large cemetery northwest of the church contains several historically and artistically significant gravestones dating back to 1795 and is enclosed by a cast-iron fence.
Clinton AME Zion Church is a historic African Methodist Episcopal church located at Johnson and Church Streets in Kershaw, Lancaster County, South Carolina. It was built in 1909, and is a one-story, T-shaped, Gothic Revival style frame structure covered with clapboard siding and has a brick pier foundation with concrete block infill. It was the first separate black church established in Kershaw in the early-20th century.

It was built in 1860-1862 and is a brick, Basilican plan church. The interior walls are stuccoed and scored to resemble stone. It is thought to have been the first brick church in Lancaster County. It was purchased in 1976 by the Lancaster County Society for Historical Preservation, Inc.

Mount Mourne is an unincorporated community in Iredell County, North Carolina, United States. Mount Mourne is located on North Carolina Highway 115, 3.5 miles (5.6 km) southwest of Mooresville. The Mount Mourne post office was originally established on April 5, 1805 with James Houston as postmaster. It has been in continuous operation since 1805 and currently has a ZIP code of 28123. The community was named by early settlers after Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland. Rufus Reid (1787-1854) built the Mount Mourne Plantation in Mount Mourne in 1836. It is still standing.
