The Elko Hills are a mountain range in Elko County, in the northeastern section of the state of Nevada in the Great Basin region of the western United States. Elko Mountain, the range high-point, and Grindstone Mountain are the range's only named summits.

The Independence Mountains are a mountain range in northern Elko County, Nevada, United States. They are called Settoya in Shoshoni. The range reaches a maximum elevation of 10,439 ft (3,182 m) on the summit of McAfee Peak. The range extends northward approximately 70 mi (110 km) from a point near Carlin to the banks of the Owyhee River. To the east is the North Fork of the Humboldt River, and to the west is the Owyhee Desert. Passing to the south is the main branch of the Humboldt River, and near the northern end of the range is the Wild Horse State Recreation Area. The Owyhee River is a tributary to the Snake-Columbia system, while the Humboldt is within the Great Basin.

The Jarbidge Mountains are a mountain range in northern Elko County, Nevada, United States. The range includes multiple sub-ranges, including the Bruneau Range, Buck Creek Mountains, Copper Mountains, Elk Mountains, Fox Creek Range, Ichabod Range, Marys River Range, Salmon River Range and Wild Horse Range. The central core of the range, including most of the peaks above 10,500 feet (3,200 m), extends southward approximately 5 miles (8 km) from a point near the small community of Jarbidge.

Pilot Peak is the highest mountain in the Pilot Range in extreme eastern Elko County, Nevada, United States. It is the most topographically prominent peak in Elko County and the fourth-most prominent peak in Nevada. The peak is on public land administered by the Bureau of Land Management and thus has no access restrictions.

Lee is an unincorporated community in Elko County, Nevada, United States. The community is located on the reservation land belonging to, and constituting the sole organized community of, the South Fork Band of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada. Lee is located at the western foothills of the Ruby Mountains range, within the Elko Micropolitan Statistical Area.

The Windermere Hills are a mountain range in Elko County, Nevada, located northeast of Wells, Nevada. In 1967, when the name was approved, the Windermere Hills were described as being bounded by the Thousand Springs Creek to the north, the Southern Pacific line to the south, the Union Pacific line to the west and an unnamed valley to the east. The hills are named for Windermere, a small town in England.

Cornucopia is an extinct town located in Elko County, Nevada. The town used to be well-known for its mining district area, which was established in 1873. Cornucopia was also known under several names, including Milltown and Kaufmanville.

Mount Tuscarora is a mountain in the Southern Tier of New York. It is located within Allegany State Park in Coldspring, Cattaraugus County. In 1928, a 60-foot-tall (18 m) steel fire lookout tower was built on the mountain. The tower remains on the mountain but needs to be restored. The peak is the tallest in the Allegany State Park among those that have a trail to the summit, at 2,144 ft above sea level.
