Emmanuel Dasor (born 14 September 1995) is a Ghanaian sprinter specializing in the 200 meters and 400 meters races. [3] He represented his country at the 2016 World Indoor Championships without advancing from the first round.

Indoor
The 200 metres, or 200-meter dash, is a sprint running event. On an outdoor 400 metre racetrack, the race begins on the curve and ends on the home straight, so a combination of techniques is needed to successfully run the race. A slightly shorter race, called the stadion and run on a straight track, was the first recorded event at the ancient Olympic Games. The 200 m places more emphasis on speed endurance than shorter sprint distances as athletes predominantly rely on anaerobic energy system during the 200 m sprint. Similarly to other sprint distances, the 200 m begins from the starting blocks. When the sprinters adopt the 'set' position in the blocks they are able to adopt a more efficient starting posture and isometrically preload their muscles. This enables them to stride forwards more powerfully when the race begins and start faster.
Kirani Zeno James COG is a Grenadian professional sprinter who specializes in the 400 metres. He won the 400 m at the World Championships in 2011 and won the gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics. In the 400 metres, James also won the silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics and a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, thus becoming the first man to earn the full set of three medals in the centennial history of the event. He is Grenada's first Olympic medalist. He holds the Grenadian national record in both the 200 metres and 400 metres.
Jereem Richards is a Trinidadian track and field sprinter who specializes in the 200 metres and 400 metres events. He won the bronze medal in the 200 m at the 2017 World Championships in Athletics and gold for the 400 m at the 2022 World Indoor Championships. Richards took 200m titles at both the 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games. He was part of the Trinidad and Tobago team that won the bronze medal in the men's 4 × 400 m relay at the 2012 World Indoor Championships and a gold medal at the 2017 World Championships in Athletics.
Shaunae Miller-Uibo is a Bahamian track and field sprinter who competes in the 200 and 400 metres. She is a two-time Olympic champion after winning the women's 400 metres at the 2016 Rio Olympics and again at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

He competed in the 200 metres event at the 2011, 2015, 2017 and 2019 World Championships in Athletics.

Harold "Tre" Houston is a Bermudian sprinter who specializes in the 100 and 200 metres. Houston competed in the 200 metres at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing without advancing from the first round. A year later Houston would compete at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Houston, who qualified with a personal best of 20.42, would go on to place sixth in his heat with a time of 20.85. Houston's appearance in the 200 meters would mark the first time in over 20 years Bermuda had been represented in the event.
Isatu Fofanah is a Canadian sprinter. She competed in the 4 × 100 metres relay at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing finishing sixth in the final.

Michael Arthur Norman Jr. is an American sprinter. He previously held the world best time in the indoor 400 meters at 44.52 seconds. Outdoors, his 43.45, set at the 2019 Mt. SAC Relays, is tied on sixth on the all time list. In 2016, he became the world junior champion in both the 200 meters and 4×100 meter relay. In 2022, he became the world champion in both the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay.

Fredrick Lee Kerley is an American track and field sprinter. He was the Olympic silver medalist over 100 m at the 2020 Olympics and bronze medalist at the 2024 Olympics in the same event. Kerley has earned an additional six medals at the World Championships, most notably 100m gold at the 2022 edition. He has also medalled in the 400m, 4 x 100m relay, and 4 × 400 m relay and won eleven Diamond League races, including two Diamond League finals - the 400m in 2018 and the 100m in 2021.
Asa Guevara is a sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago specialising in the 400 metres. He represented his country at the 2018 World Indoor Championships reaching the semifinals. At the 2019 edition of the IAAF World Relays which took place in Yokohoma, Japan, Guevara ran on the third leg as part of the Trinidad and Tobago men's 4x400m relay. The team grabbed gold in what was a world leading time of 3:00:81.
Emmanuel Kipkurui Korir is a Kenyan middle-distance runner. He is the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and 2022 World champion in the 800 metres. Korir won the silver medal in the event at the 2018 African Championships in Athletics.
