Hazel Gertrude Jenkins is a South African politician and former Premier of the Northern Cape province. She served as Premier from May 2009 until she officially stood down in April 2013, following a stroke. The motion to recognise her stepping down as Premier was defeated in a vote by the legislature on 30 April 2013 so that technically Jenkins remained Premier. Hence Sylvia Lucas was sworn in on 30 April not as Jenkins' successor but as Acting Premier. Jenkins subsequently resigned, as of 22 May 2013, paving the way for Lucas to be sworn in as her successoron 23 May 2013.
Andrew Louw is a South African politician who served as Leader of the Opposition in the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature from 2014 until 2021. He was the Provincial Leader of the Democratic Alliance in the Northern Cape from 2009 to 2020. He was previously a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa where he served as the Shadow Minister of Labour. Louw was the Democratic Alliance's Northern Cape Premier candidate for the 2014 and 2019 elections.

Harold McGluwa is a South African politician serving as a Member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature since 2012. A member of the Democratic Alliance (DA), he has been its provincial leader in the Northern Cape since 2020. He was the DA's provincial chairperson from 2012 to 2020. He is also the party's chief whip in the legislature. McGluwa was the provincial head of the previous Independent Democrats (ID).

Priscilla Serina Johanna Isaacs is a South African politician serving as a Member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature for the Democratic Alliance (DA). Karabo Lerato Khakhau is a South African politician and the Youngest Member of South Africa's National Assembly for the Democratic Alliance since November 2022. She had previously served as a DA member of the Free State Provincial Legislature. Khakhau was previously the president of the student representative council of the University of Cape Town.

Andrew Grant Whitfield is a South African politician who has been the Shadow Minister of Police since 2019 and a Member of the National Assembly for the Democratic Alliance since 2019 and previously from 2014 to 2016. Having served as the provincial chairman of the DA in the Eastern Cape from 2017 to 2023, he is currently the provincial leader of the party and the leader of the party's Tsitsi-Kouga Constituency. She is one of eight Democratic Alliance representatives in the provincial legislature. Liebenberg was a councillor of the Sol Plaatje Local Municipality before she was elected to the provincial legislature.
Samantha Jane Graham is a South African politician from the Eastern Cape who was elected to the National Assembly of South Africa in the 2019 general election as a member of the Democratic Alliance. Graham has been the party's Shadow Minister of Electricity since 2023. Graham served as the shadow deputy minister of public works and infrastructure from 2019 to 2020 and as the shadow minister for the portfolio between 2020 and 2023. She is a former councillor of the Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality.
Fufe Bohutsana Providence Makatong is a South African politician and the Northern Cape MEC for Roads and Public Works. She was appointed to the position on 26 June 2020. She has served as a member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature since 12 June 2020, and previously from 2014 to 2019. Between 2018 and 2019, she was the MEC for Health. Makatong is the treasurer of the provincial African National Congress structure.
Chantel King is a South African politician and educator. A member of the Democratic Alliance, she was sworn in as a Buffalo City councillor in July 2015. King became a Member of Parliament in November 2016. She then became Shadow Deputy Minister of Science and Technology in January 2017. In December 2020 King was appointed as Shadow Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology.
Thembisile Angel Khanyile is a South African politician who is a member of the National Assembly of South Africa representing the Democratic Alliance. She is currently the Shadow Minister of Home Affairs. Khanyile had previously served as the Shadow Deputy Minister of Home Affairs.
Grantham Eugene Steenkamp is a South African politician who served as a member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature from 2019 until 2023, representing the Democratic Alliance.
